Sorry i couldnt start to this mail with “dear sir or madam” or capital “V” because vodafone is not makes feel respect or trust to me, anymore…
I was trust your trade mark name one times , i had many friends from europe such as Holland, Germany, France, UK ect… but i will tell to all this my worst experience with you.
And i will g oto court with local costumer’s care lawyer here and i will share all my family members about hundred person, all my friends at social media, forums, chanels…
What they say, adverst is adverst dosent matter good or bad? i swear more than tousand people will learn this bad story , at least… not in Turkey all World will know “vodafone costumer services and care”
Everything started by moving, i was living in Istanbul city but then i moved Bursa city i moved my all furniture in one day cos i got a good job offer in this city. Bursa TV is a important local televesion and broadcasting , media company.
And i could live freelance media, web graphicer here…
i was working with vodafon net to connect internet but after moved here in Bursa city they told me it takes one week to transfer. I waited 1 week. Then 13 november one was the tecnic visit my home and my line was ready my moıdem was ready he connected and he told me its ok just wait till evening and its be work!
İ waited again. Finally 17 november i called some costumer numbers of vodafone. This your costumer service telefon numbers which are starting 0850 never can say about situations. This little girls could say just 1 next week” another next week but why? Whats the problem?they never know and explain to costumers! Just “next week” at each call!! Aoutomatically robotic!
i waited but 21 november i could reach some adress at internet with all my hopes to find a reason, who was responsiable ? your vodafone net Turkey facebook dosent accept listen me and ban me from their facebook page. I can send all text mesaages to you… may be 30 times i tried to call and expalin how i m in trouble with your services maybe 20 times i sent messages, emails , noody care this problem…
by the way my son needed to makes his homeworks so he visited the internet cafe’s several time because i pay vodafone for notting! İ lost my costumers i worked about business cards, brocheurs, posters here to sell but my costumers couldnt reach me so i lost my job and Money and time for notting because i pay and trust still vodafone to my internet connection! And more, i spent Money to call vodafone many times! I lost 19 days and 1500 turkish lira (TL) here…
what you are doing there being vodafone? Building metro to afrca? Or building satalite to send space for me? Why my internet connections still not working today is 25 november?
Tecnologies year 2015 and you are vodafone with big adverts on boards tv’s…

İ kept send mesaages to your turkish vodafon CEO and managers but they send me back “ we are busy” all your personals busy but why? They sent me turkish telecom company. İ went there but they said to me.. “ who you are? Why you came here? Are you costumer of turkish telecom? You are paying vodafon bills not us!” so why you sent me to another company? İt was joke?

Here is the center of the big Bursa city. The famous arapsükrü Street is just 100 meter far to my house. The internet was started right here in 90’s. Heart of bursa. But no vodafone service .. dosent work vodafon tecnology or costumer care! The corner of vodafone here at Street very sorry aout me they know how i m in abused from vodafone and they are realy sorry but they cant fix or help me vos the your vodafone costumer center never response them too!!!
Where can i go, how can i find realy responsiable person who care their costumers and fix this problem? is there anybody working from university graduated about piar or feedback
Vodafone will send me another bill without services! Why i must pay your bill after all this tragedy?
Please stop me otherwise i ll g oto judgement , local costumer court with lawyer and i ll share on tv this tragedy! İ lost my mental healt and time and Money when trust your name here in Turkey! Nobody care vodafone costumer here so i m trying to fidn any good person to abroad to take responsbility this vdafone name and services! You are the last point i could reach!
Call someone in Turkey vodafone and ask why? Why this torture to vodafone costumers when paying your salaries still by vodafone bills!
Plase answer me back and fix your fault asap!
