I was charged an additional $39.29 for each ticket I bought as a "service fee", including a $7.90 "delivery" fee, even though I am expected to print the tickets off myself. None of this was not made clear when going through the ticket buying process. They claim they provided an itemized list of charges, but I do not recall seeing this at all. It is possible that they did present it and I missed it, but it was certainly not laid out in an clear and understandable manner. Their order confirmation also did not include this itemized list, and I had to contact their customer service to even find out why I was being charged almost $80 more than I was expecting to pay. I was extremely dissatisfied with their customer service. There were no attempts to improve my experience with their company and I was denied a refund. I understand that there are policies that need to be followed, but even a small concession can go a long way in showing clients you are sorry they are unhappy and care about their satisfaction. I would strongly urge you to consider using a company that cares more about the experience of their clients and lays the charges out more clearly.

I just spoke to a gentleman named "Isiah" I asked him if the tickets were 100% guaranteed. He then said "so your asking if they are legit" I replied with yes. He then tried to push the sale. When I told him I wanted to look around for a lower price. He interrupted me then hung up. Before I got a chance to tell him that I would most likely purchase those tickets. I will NEVER purchase a single ticket from them!

I talked with "Eugene" after I accidentally ordered more tickets than I needed. He absolutely refused to do anything but help me sell the tickets I accidentally purchased. He offered absolutely nothing, not even a waiver of the fee you get charged when you sell the tickets. I spent 20 minutes trying to get some resolution and he did nothing to help assist my situation. He kept spouting off that its not "Policy" to do anything for people after they have bought their tickets - Even though it was within 2 minutes of ordering. I will not ever be going back to this website and I will be telling my tale to many.

What kind of company sends an email confirmation that you've purchased tickets and LATER sends an email that your purchased has been cancelled? My tickets should have been good to go if I received that first confirmation email. Because of Vivid Seats, I might miss out on seeing my FAVORITE comedian who NEVER goes on tour, and even when he does it's NEVER to my area. The Customer Service Supervisor and Sales Mgr at Vivid Seats FLAT OUT did not want to help. They caused a 7-10 day hold of our money in our bank account all for nothing, as we have NO tickets presently. And their proposed solution? Turn around and buy tickets again but this time the only tickets available are 2x as expensive! GTFO. Bad pmt processing, bad policy and procedure, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD COMPANY. We made a huge mistake trying to buy from Vivid Seats.

Bought seats to Cubs vs Cards. The tickets got me into the venue but the seats listed on the ticket didn't exist. For the amount I paid I should be able to get seats instead of having to move around to empty seats. Tried to resolve the issue with Vivid...they offered $50 credit towards next purchase. Well if you can't get it right the first time why should I trust you with my money the second time? I should've read the reviews on Vivid before using their service. NOT RECOMMENDED!

First order in Vivid seats, and also should be last one. It just costs me almost double price of the original price. So you would probably get third/fourth hand tickets and don't know what's the original price printed on ticket before you decide to buy. Yes, there is an agreement, but it should at least show the original price and also remind people obviously if price doubled or more. Will never be back and I will purchase tickets in the first/second hand market like ticket master.

Just purchased some hockey tickets 5 minutes ago and noticed that the total amount was $40 more. I called the company and talked to Hector the manager and told him that i did not see the $40 fees. He said that he could not refund me and that i should try to resell them (that way they would make another $40 from another one) He said that on the last page the fees are posted, i did not see them clearly and i told him they should post them at the top and be very visible , but if they were no one would pay $40 dollars extra and would purchase them at another site..This company was not helpful , very deceptive on their fees and i was a customer but no longer. Before you buy check their fees near the bottom somewhere and if you dont care about paying more go ahead and give them your money...

I have had the fortunate experience of dealing with Vivid Seats twice in the past week for two different events. I came back for a second round because of the phenomenal 1st experience I had with sales rep. Eric G. He found me the perfect seats at the best price for an NFL game and made me aware of an additional discount to boot!! These were high priced tickets but I am sure they will be worth it because who I am taking certainly is. Eric was patient and professional with me, a rookie online ticket purchaser. He made the process seamless and painless. Wasn't overly thrilled with the amount of the service fees but I understand the business side of things. On my second go 'round, I was in a last minute pinch and just needed to find 4 decent seats together for an NFL game that is only a few days out because the original ticket source bailed out last minute..Nice Right?!? Anyway, attempted to contact Eric at Vivid again, but he was off and I ended up dealing with Jeremy A. Very thankful that he was just as helpful as Eric and was able to find me the right seats at the right price with overnight shipping guaranteed so I can have peace of mind that the tickets will be where they need to be and when they need to be there. My special someone will now be able to go to the game with her friends and have a good time. I did a lot, and I mean a ton of research looking at other sites for cheaper tickets. You likely will not find them and if you do, Vivid Seats will price match with verification. These folks are great and the customer service will floor you!!! Try them out. I'm thankful that I did. Thank you Vivid Seats!!!
