"Hi Vivica,
Thank you for an amazing blog, I have been doing keto for four months now lost weight still losing and still got a long way to go, however, a lot of sites I visit about keto say that you should feel more energized.
I'm not sure if this is true because I feel tired constantly I eat strictly no more then 20grams of carbs a day I keep my fat to protein ratio in check, I am in ketosis, eat no more then 1500 for my weight (I am 110.7kg and 176cm stated at 128kg) I walk 30 minutes everyday. I have type 2 diabetes and am on glucOuhage and milirut. I just wonder why do I feel so tired any ideas or pointers?
Your advice would be greatly appreciated."
