I have a new moto 360 smartwatch. And it has got severe charging and hitting issueS. It has a weird problem that when i put the watch on the charing doc, it starts discharing.
1) I searched world wide web but there seems to be no solution for this problem.
2) I chated with moto support and all they are suggesting is bring it to customer care center.
3) I talked to the customer care center, and i am more disappointed of what they said -
a) They are saying there is no repair center in India for motorola.
b) They consider the smartwatch as an accessaries rather than a product.
c) Therefore, they will only make a replacement for this product (no repair whatsoever) and for replacement the wait time is more than one month.
Why the h*ll i should wait 30 days for my new smartwatch? And why there is such a grave issue on the first place in a new product.
