This is a great mall that is well situated and full of great stores and restaurants. It is also the home to my new gym, so I will be going over there several times per week.

It's always great to visit North Hills. A wide variety of shops and particularly food. Food ranges from Chic-Fil-A near the movies to McAllisters, so some privately owned Asian restaurants. There are some chain stores plus some unusual specialty stores. Always great people watching and concerts during the summer.

Several places to choose from for going out to eat. Great for just being able to walk around and enjoy being outside. Great place in front of the movie theater for kids to play. Lots of high end shops and specialties if you are looking for something different.

Boy, I went to a few boutiques with my running shorts and a t-shirt on before my work out and these people just act like they are royalty and I know that it was because of how I was dressed. Apparently if you go shopping in North hills don't wear workout gear to buy a $30 shirt. You don't want to look cheap... The actual "mall" around is very nice and a great way to spend some time with your family walking around.

Ever since this Mall got a make over it's been one of our favorites. From great places to dine, shops, and even fun events on the 'mall'. This week-end we picked up our farm raised organic turkey for Thanksgiving there from _Walk Ahead_ Farms. I even picked up some some fresh produce there too. There's always something going on at *MidTown*.

Kimberly Jones- Im a teen and I go to North Hills all the time and I can tell you that the cerfew is not really upheld at all. Me and my friends were there just last week until at least 11.00. No one told us to leave. We even asked one of the police officers to take our picture, and he happily agreed! The cerfew is just there so if you are a teen, and are there after 8:00 , AND makeing TROUBLE, they can ask you to leave or give you a citation. They are NOT trying to oppresse us.

This mall used to be pretty fun but recently its just become a symbol of the daily oppression that teens are subjected to. It's an outdoor mall so there isn't much shopping, just food places and the movie theater which threw most of the crowd(in my opinion). Though lately they've established a curfew for anyone under 18 which makes it much less appealing. There aren't many places for teens to hangout on the weekend, and we do not expect to be home by 8 so the curfew is very difficult to deal with. If you're under 18 you have to have a parent with you after 8 or you are issued a citation which is pretty unfair. If you think about it, adult and teens are all capable of the same things, and if adult were issued a curfew there would be a big uproar but since it's teens who are being punished no one really cares if we have anywhere to go.

Christine and I ventured back to the beach music on Thursdays. We have not been there at all last year so we decided to check it out. What a disappointment!!! We are 39 and 42 and 2 years ago the crowd there was young professionals and people that like to have a good time probably 25 - 60. This year, the band was really bad and the crows was what the movie theater is all about... a place for pre-teen and teenagers to get dropped off by the parents and have a good time. The dance floor was inundated with teens and the surroundings sitting down were grandparents. I enjoyed seeing young people trying to dance but if you are more than 20 ... don't go!!!! ... Unless you are that creepy guy with sunglasses that is watching from the side... OH, and don't go to the Fox and the Hound if you want a drink unless you are in to overpriced flat gin&tonics and rum and cokes
