Uffizi Gallery is undoubtedly one of the most visited museums all over the world
Introduction

The Uffizi Gallery is undoubtedly one of the most visited museums all over the world. In fact, visiting the Uffizi is an amazing journey through the history of painting.

The very first rooms introduce you to the 13th and 14th Century style: a name for all Giotto who deeply changed the way of painting religious subjects. You can then pass through the delicacy of the Sienese style of Simone Martini. The journey then continues towards the so called International Gothic which plunges you into the fairy tale-like atmosphere of the courtly style of Gentile da Fabriano.

Keep on walking and you will “meet” Masaccio showing you the very first blossoms of the Renaissance. Keep on going:Botticelli, Leonardo, Michelangelo are there for you to be discovered. And then Raffello, Tiziano, Caravaggio and so many other masters will make your “journey” through the Uffizi Gallery a wonderful and unique experience.
