Fantastic! The food was delicious.Enjoyed a bottle of Casamatta Toscana wine, the caprese salad (great portion), the stew, the sourdough bread dipped in an evoo & balsamic vinegar blend, the caramelized fig/pear salad, the Bolognese Ragu pasta and the tiramisu for dessert to share. Yummy! We will return...

Vinny and his darling wife Sarah catered an intimate wedding dinner for us in a private home in Breckenridge. It was superb! From the salad course to the pasta (with his house made sausage-YUM!) to our main course which were filets in a red wine reduction and mushroom sauce with mashed potatoes to the root vegetables was perfection. Just when you thought it couldn't be any better-his cheesecakes were the best any of us had ever tasted. We had 18 people from Denver to L.A. to Chicago and even New England. We were all so impressed. Vinny's presentation was gorgeous and Sarah was the perfect server. If you are looking for an incredible meal at a great price with excellent service-Vinny's Frisco Restaurant will not disappoint.

We had nearly given up on finding something interesting for lunch when we stumbled upon Vinny's. It cost maybe a dollar more than a "standard" meal elsewhere but well worth it. I had the eggplant parm sandwich and my wife had a nice salad and the soup of the day: root soup! It was marvelous.

A little expensive $10 for a meatball sub?

I seldom post reviews and i've never posted a negative one until now. We went tonight. I normally give mountain dining some leeway, it is Frisco. Sausage plate and Caesar salad were ok. I ordered the pork tenderloin. I am a well traveled adventurous Eater. I understand that there can be reasonable debate about the apropriate doneness of meat but there is also such a thing as undercooked. My pork was UNDERcooked. Forgivable but no staff member bothered to ask about my satisfaction with my meal. Not the waiter, not the hostess who cleared our plates. It should be a clue to someone on staff that when the protein and centerpiece of the dish is cut in half and untouched that there may be a problem worth inquiring about. We were repeatedly upsold on desert with no concern about the execution of what they had already served. Inability to cook pork to a safe tempature and uncaring table service euqals two thumbs down.

What a truly wonderful place. The décor on their dining area is magnificent. The bar is always good by my standards but what really makes this place is the crew, they are so polite.

My Gnocchi was just okay, the chicken was dry and flavor was a bit salty
