Interested in getting some facts about the Gaza/Israel situation? I certainly was! +Le Monde.fr helps explain...

Thanks for sharing. There is so much out there in the news that its very hard to get to the truth. This is pretty un-emotional. It was very good factually. However, it fails to mention that when Israel pulled out critical economic and social landmarks such as greenhouses and other valuable resources were immediately destroyed instead of allowing their own people to benefit. It also never mentions that the original economic aid given to the region such as concrete for buildings were used to build those tunnels instead of schools. It's such a complicated mess.

INSANE wedding photography by Josh Newton - he truly utilized the scenario playing around him...

So, a wildfire starts burning around you and it's terrifying, sure. But it also makes for a hell of a wedding photo.

Hey +Ted Kaiser! It's your birthday - I know you just keep looking younger as every day passes by!!

Hope you have a great big guy. I took this portrait during a photo walk hosted by +Sandra Parlow last Fall if you're wondering when on Earth this was taken.

The Royal Ontario Museum

When they announced a few years back, they said the extension to the Museum would be all glass. Little did they realize after they built the extension that the consistent sunlight would harm the artifacts within. So they came up with... these things.... that aren't exactly pretty. Le sigh

While I found it hard to find a good angle to shoot from, I figured I should just go for something abstract. And a little day-time long exposure certainly didn't help with the final image...

Ten to Nine

A look down at the old and new centre's of government in Toronto. Obviously, when it's cold out, the fountains turn into a skating rink. Hockey is always thought of when government is involved!

I'm not a clubber, but this was certainly a great time. This place was huge & EXPENSIVE. Great party & plenty of women. Show up early if you want to get a good spot. You're treated like a can of sardines if you don't have a booth

Really dated. Basically you're renting a bed, but it's on the strip, so it's worth it for some. The advertised "Real Bodies" show was closed although heavily advertised. Felt dirty...everywhere. Go if you're a student or simply on a tight budget

Now... THAT'S a party. Pretty wild & a great pool. Just prepare to pay up to $40 for a water bottle of booze. Guys are gouged here; women less so. But if you're willing to pay, it's going to be great
