On one level, I'd love to go shooting with you; on the other, thinking of you climbing out on cranes or on the edge of rooftops terrifies me. ;)

The Royal Ontario Museum

When they announced a few years back, they said the extension to the Museum would be all glass. Little did they realize after they built the extension that the consistent sunlight would harm the artifacts within. So they came up with... these things.... that aren't exactly pretty. Le sigh

While I found it hard to find a good angle to shoot from, I figured I should just go for something abstract. And a little day-time long exposure certainly didn't help with the final image...

Ten to Nine

A look down at the old and new centre's of government in Toronto. Obviously, when it's cold out, the fountains turn into a skating rink. Hockey is always thought of when government is involved!

The walk starts tomorrow at 12:45 at Steam Whistle Round House beside the Sky Dome tomorrow! Can't wait to see you all out for the +Drink and Click™ Toronto  photo walk!

I'll be wearing a bright red baseball cap so you can find me easily :-)

See you all soon!

Announcing Toronto's Drink and Click Photowalk in February!

As we're all too familiar, it's rather cold outside these days and thought we should do something slightly different this month - a tour of a huge brewery downtown Toronto!

I was able to score a discounted rate for a group - $10 total each. We get to have a slightly-extended tour for us, about 45 minutes long. And after we get a nice cold pint as well!

The plan would be to continue the walk into the cold after for some shots in Brookfield Place. There's plenty of architecture to shoot along the way and have some fun.

Feel free to share with anybody who you think would be interested. Please RSVP sooner rather than later so I can account for the amount of people that will attend the tour and can't wait to meet up with you all!!
