In January +Scott Peachey  and I made a guide explaining how Interruptions worked on +Android 5.0 because there was so much confusion about this new system.

With the update to 5.1 we've updated the guide to reflect the changes that were made.
We also improved the guide as it contained some minor errors we had not noticed.

Android engineer +Adam Powell said the following in another post regarding the Interruptions system.

There will probably be more info added. 5.1 already makes this clearer than in the initial release and things like, "until next alarm" reflect the ongoing refinement.

A big part of this is that a great many people use alarms for recurring reminders, not for waking up. Things like pills that need to be taken within an hour or so of the same time every day, or a weekly reminder to put the trash out. Then life happens; even though you've accounted for the thing it reminds you to do in advance you go to a theater, a funeral, a special session for a class or an important meeting where it's really important that your phone not suddenly start making loud noises. If it does it can have the same level of social consequences as oversleeping.

Hopefully you will enjoy this guide and give us feedback.

The title is a bit confusing/misleading

_What wasn’t known is whether or not Android Wear users would be able to actually initiate a message using an “Ok Google” voice command on their smartwatch. _

That is what is says in the article.

When I looked at the title I thought it would get voice memo/messages support.
A new version of Hangouts is soon headed to Android devices. Known as Hangouts 4.0, we actually got a taste of what to expect in a previous leaks and in the iOS app that launched a few weeks ago. With a new version of the app now in our hands, we discovered a few new tricks.

the United States is now an “oligarchy” in which “unlimited political bribery” has created “a complete subversion of our political system as a payoff to major contributors.” Both Democrats and Republicans, Carter said, “look upon this unlimited money as a great benefit to themselves.”
According to the former president, Americans are now experiencing "a complete subversion of our political system as a payoff to major contributors."

Great move, this should have an effect on real estate as well. Which area's are good to live with clean(er) air.

The hotel is located in a living area close to a main road. The lobby looks very nice. And the staff is friendly. The room was big enough. Sadly constructions were going on during my stay which wasn't listed on the homepage of the website. You could also hear the noise from vehicles that were driving by and from people on the hallway. Occasionally sounds from other rooms. The bed is nice and soft so if you manage to get a room without the sound disturbances it should be nice. The bar looks nice and was very spacious, able to order sandwiches around the clock.

A door lady to let you in or refuse you. Going down the stairs and further inside the place looks amazing. Connecting the two bars is a small dancefloor with a DJ booth. You can order at the bar or have a waitress bring your drinks. Cocktails have nice names and taste good though felt they could be better. As for the crowd expect more tourists than locals.

You will have to look good to find the place. It's definitely made for outdoor sitting rather than indoor. Inside it can be very crowded which makes the experience unpleasant.

A cozy restaurant with a bar downstairs and the restaurant upstairs. Seats are close to each other and the kitchen is located in the middle of the place. A lot of staff walking around. The food was ok but didn't feel that special, it was more the atmosphere that made it.

Less than a 3 minute walk to the beach the hotel is located up a small hill. Rooms and hotel furniture look ok. Staf consists out of young people but also some olders ones but very friendly. Bit of a mishap the first day with food. For the rest average to good.
