In January +Scott Peachey  and I made a guide explaining how Interruptions worked on +Android 5.0 because there was so much confusion about this new system.

With the update to 5.1 we've updated the guide to reflect the changes that were made.
We also improved the guide as it contained some minor errors we had not noticed.

Android engineer +Adam Powell said the following in another post regarding the Interruptions system.

There will probably be more info added. 5.1 already makes this clearer than in the initial release and things like, "until next alarm" reflect the ongoing refinement.

A big part of this is that a great many people use alarms for recurring reminders, not for waking up. Things like pills that need to be taken within an hour or so of the same time every day, or a weekly reminder to put the trash out. Then life happens; even though you've accounted for the thing it reminds you to do in advance you go to a theater, a funeral, a special session for a class or an important meeting where it's really important that your phone not suddenly start making loud noises. If it does it can have the same level of social consequences as oversleeping.

Hopefully you will enjoy this guide and give us feedback.

Too bad, I was thinking extra charger. Guess not.

Weird.
Just a heads-up, but if you are buying the new Moto 360 (2nd gen) and happen to have a bunch of chargers lying around from the original Moto 360, we have been told that those chargers are “not compatible” with the new watch. Same goes for the 2nd gen’s chargers – they are not compatible …

Really interested in the software side of +Nextbit's.

Few questions I have:
Which cloud storage will be used?
Which music player will be used?
Talk about storing you apps and restoring them when you need them, where is it stored?
Nextbit is raising funds for Robin. The smarter smartphone. on Kickstarter! Robin is the only cloud-first smartphone. It gets smarter every day and makes running out of space history.

While Google might have gotten a new logo old bugs still linger.

For the past 7 months I've been "battling" a bug with Google Now.
For some reason it would not give me a reminder to leave on time for an calendar event with a location. Before February this used to happen 20% of the time, since I got my Nexus 6 (noticed it on my Nexus 5 as well as I both carry them) this has risen to 50%.
The past two months this has risen to 90% (I do not Kid).

It does work from time to time but when I have 5 days of work and it never let's me know to leave it doesn't work even if on my spare day it alerts me for a single event.

I've tried every troubleshooting method I could grab my hands on but with no success.
Another problem is this isn't wide spread so the chance of an engineer looking into this is slim as well, despite my 4 feedback report a week.

It is really annoying to see how fragmented the experience can be with no clear solution.

There were some problems with the weather app on Android Wear devices. For many it would not work, this got fixed this morning.

That left the celsius problem which is also fixed and currently rolling out to users.

The most recent update to the Google app now allows you to hide/block news cards from certain sources.

This was a much requested feature.

The hotel is located in a living area close to a main road. The lobby looks very nice. And the staff is friendly. The room was big enough. Sadly constructions were going on during my stay which wasn't listed on the homepage of the website. You could also hear the noise from vehicles that were driving by and from people on the hallway. Occasionally sounds from other rooms. The bed is nice and soft so if you manage to get a room without the sound disturbances it should be nice. The bar looks nice and was very spacious, able to order sandwiches around the clock.

A door lady to let you in or refuse you. Going down the stairs and further inside the place looks amazing. Connecting the two bars is a small dancefloor with a DJ booth. You can order at the bar or have a waitress bring your drinks. Cocktails have nice names and taste good though felt they could be better. As for the crowd expect more tourists than locals.

You will have to look good to find the place. It's definitely made for outdoor sitting rather than indoor. Inside it can be very crowded which makes the experience unpleasant.

A cozy restaurant with a bar downstairs and the restaurant upstairs. Seats are close to each other and the kitchen is located in the middle of the place. A lot of staff walking around. The food was ok but didn't feel that special, it was more the atmosphere that made it.

Less than a 3 minute walk to the beach the hotel is located up a small hill. Rooms and hotel furniture look ok. Staf consists out of young people but also some olders ones but very friendly. Bit of a mishap the first day with food. For the rest average to good.
