#FootballMeetsItsMatch and it needs YOU.
We're trying to change the world of #Football. We're building an app that let's you find teammates, challenge others, book venues and rate your opponents. We want to build an app that brings #soccer back to the people. You can even book referrees and organize tournaments. We're called #OlaBola and we need your help in bring the game back to the people, where it belongs, and not the beaurocrats in FIFA who are running it to the ground. The next two world cups are going to be held in countries with appaling human rights records. We want to build an app where the power lies with the people. Have your own league, get discovered. Help us scout for the next #Messi or #Ronaldo. We need your help. Vote for us at http://bit.ly/227NVZG. It is the one that is named "+Vas Ramanujam pitches to ...". We want to build an app that is going to change the footballing world as we know it. You can check out more features of the app at http://olabola.asia. Please share.

Cold calling is dead and you can thank +Aaron Ross for that. As one of the key architects of the #sales organization at +Salesforce, Ross wrote "Predictable Revenue," a guide that has become the default model for growing #startups and companies optimizing sales. Here are his 5 keys to sales success: http://www.inc.com/matt-cooper/how-silicon-valley-sells.html

  #salesforce   #statups   #siliconvalley

Guys, you've probably heard this question before. We have been religiously using Flexicontent for a long time already. Since 1.5. But we badly need it for 3.1 Our 1.5 site is getting hacked like every week. When would the Flexicontent for Joomla 3.1 be out? Any idea? That way at least we can work around your schedule as the events & jobs section of our portal is build using flexicontent.

Guys I was at TEDxKL today in Mid Valley. I was blown away by this speech from Zung.

He had some AMAZING pictures to share with us. I will share his talk with you as soon as it goes on http://ted.com

Even amateur photographers will be thoroughly inspired.

11 shot HDR. ELEVEN! Check out the smoothness. I've been trying to keep the ISO low and get smoother HDRs. But this deserves respect.
St. Anselm's Church. (The Bronx, NY, USA)
(11-shot HDR from 5 harvested photos)

Although only 5 raw files had relevant data, I simulated 3 more at each end of the spectrum in order to recover some highlights and shadows that were lost on the original files. This was highly instrumental in getting a very smooth tone map of the interior. Went pretty much for a photorealistic look, albeit with liberal colour interpretation (not much different from the source data, though).

I believe this is St. Anselm in the Bronx area of New York. Not 100% sure, but that's what I get from online search. There is also a St. Anselm in South Chicago, but I cannot find many conclusive photos to identify it one way or another. The most relevant data I find does point to NY.

My take on a scene that was originally shot by +RC Concepcion. I used the respective raw files made available by RC as companion to his The HDR Book. (http://bit.ly/rchdr)
I cannot formally endorse the book itself as I have never gone through it, BUT knowing RC's body of work I can only assume that it is a fantastic resource for tips & tools on the HDR technique.
