NEW SERIES! In this first post in a series highlighting women in game audio, composer Megan McDuffee gives an introduction to the current gender gap in the game audio industry. It's a critical topic, so please read, share, and help drive some change! http://hubs.ly/H07C1tb0

Hey all - I designed this shirt to help with networking at game industry events. Skip the small talk of "What do you do?" while letting everyone in the room know your job is cooler than theirs.

VIDEO POST! In this first-ever music theory video lesson, I show you how to build and use V7 chords to create really strong chord progressions at the end of a musical phrase or section. This is my first video lesson on music theory, so if you want to see more content like this let me know by liking/sharing this post or the video inside! http://hubs.ly/H06P-q70

Recently, composer Justin Childs asked a question in our private Facebook group about strategies for promoting a solo album/project. Specifically, he asked about the best way to connect with bloggers to promote your music and how to find a market for your music. This was a loaded question, so I wrote a blog post to give some advice on the topic. This is all core marketing stuff that can be applied to anything you're promoting or marketing, including your services. Read, comment, ask questions, and - if you find it useful - please share on your preferred social medias! http://hubs.ly/H04SGSP0
