Mould, fungus in the shower, construction work in the room above at 7:20 on a Sunday morning. Every guest complained at breakfast. Not worth £50 a night, never mind the £100 it actually cost. I have been to hotels all around the world and it is one of the worst i have stayed at. Please Avoid this hotel at all cost. We had two rooms, one was right under a room under construction and one of them was on the same floor as the construction work. After hearing the work at check in we asked if they started early in the morning, we were told it was usually around 9am but they would not be working Sunday morning. My friend and his 10y.o. daughter were on the upper floor and there was an open fuse box with live wires easily reachable by a child, luckily nothing happened but children are easily intrigued and it could have been deadly. Man at the front desk did not seem to care. Two double rooms were booked but i offered to change one to a single if it was the same size bed, which i was told it was, twice. Not the case. Single room was tiny, which is often the case in small hotels. Furniture was new, but the mattress was thin, no support and uncomfortable. One pillow, it was thin and unsupportive. During the night i could hear neighbouring room noises. Room doors close hard and loud ! Not good for resting. Around 7am workers started arriving, talking and moving about. It was as if they were in my room. By 7:20 it was quite noisy, by 8:10 the saw, drill and hammering were in full swing. Impossible to rest. I have it on audio recording, to show i was not exaggerating. Free continental breakfast was average. Toaster needed 3 passes to toast bread. Fake croissants (bread in the shape of croissants). To get free internet you have to give personal information. The elevator did not work on Sunday morning at checkout so we had to take the stairs from the 3rd and 4th floors with luggage in hand. 24 hours after checkout we were offered a rebate next time we are in London...why would i want to stay there again ??? So you can get money off us again ? No thank you. A few minutes walk away from everything you need. At £100 a night, you would expect better service, care and attention to your customers. Even at £50 i would have found this hotel expensive for what it is. Nowhere near a 3 star hotel.

Booked a room at Victoria Inn London for a one night stay. Beautiful room containing everything you could possibly want or need plus a few extras. This was one of the best hotels in London. I will be able to return again in the future.

A small but decent budget hotel in the heart of Belgrave. Walking distance to Victoria station and also to the center of London. Even breakfast was good, not too much English.

Had to wait 10 mins for anyone to be at reception to check in. Badly arranged breakfast room with everyone getting in each other's way. Room was ok, clean but small single room. Was undergoing decorating when I was there but still not ok to leave a fuse box with all the wires exposed and some sticking out in the middle of the public corridor
