Here is a quick snapshot of my Frogs of War prototype deck. We did some more playtesting today and successfully continue to find small ways to improve the game and the game flow.

Christmas in March. It's late February/early March, and my Christmas Cactus is again beginning to bloom. It looks better now than what it did at Christmas! I used several lenses for these, including some with a macro extension tube.

An old railroad engineers tools from the first half of the 20th century. I can still smell the railroad on them.

I recently rediscovered +Muvizu I am giving some serious thought to building a web series with it, once I get the hang of using the interface.

Here's Little Italy in Baltimore, overlooked by the 6th floor of the PMI parking garage.

The picture itself was taken with my Note 2 and edited with Photoshop  Express on the same device; entirely mobile. It was an overcast day and the colours were muted, but it made for a nice black and white. I had to pump up the contrast a little before converting to b&w. I'm happy with the result.

Planted Ice. Despite ice storms often doing damage to roads, foliage, and infrastructure, the outcome can often also be very beautiful. The trees and branches in my yard were covered in ice this morning and glistened in the early morning sun. This particular branch is a leftover twig from some planted flowers from last year that ended up covered.

Fun with a cellphone. I was out for breakfast with my wife this morning and got to thinking "what can I do that might be more fun than talking to her while she web browses on her phone?" So I decided to pull out my phone as well and mess with some lenses I have for it (yes, cellphone camera lenses)

We were at a coffee shop (Brew Ha Ha) and I thought the fish eye lens (one of my favorite) would be fun. It was! I tried a macro shot with the macro lens but didn't have enough light.

Phone: Samsung Note 2
App: Camera FV-5

Introduction
I am the type of person who gets bored very easily. As a result I learn something about a lot of things and usually have multiple disparate projects on the go at any one time.

By day I am an IT Manager - "Manager of Enterprise Monitoring" - at a Delaware based company named SevOne. By night I am a parent of four and all around Creative Generalist. I'm an active photographer and am also currently designing new games. I like to write and have some creative writing projects on simmer as well. When I need to slow down I usually sleep.
