More than 300 dogs, 250 cats and 40 horses were discovered, along with numerous farm animals at an unlicensed animal rescue in Raeford, NC. The animals were kept in filthy kennels, cages, outdoor pens and paddocks, many without protection from the elements. http://bit.ly/1PoVKVt

SylviaJoyce, the microchips put into pets are passive. They don't emit any signal; they have to be scanned, with a scanner held within an inch of the pet's body over the spot where the microchip is. No one is tracking anyone through a microchip. The minimum size on a tracking device is significantly larger.

No one is spraying people with ether to secretly implant microchips, either. No point, because, again, they can't be tracked.
