Worked well until the business I went to most stopped accepting Vicinity. Now my points are gone.
Response from the owner - 4 months ago
Hi Mark - really sorry to hear about that. Its unfortunate when a business elects to stop using the service to provide incentives to their customers. Merchants are accountable to any point balances with their customers. Have you attempted to discuss your outstanding points and their value with the business? Is there anything we can do to help make your experience any better?
