What is your kid’s favorite healthy packed lunch? Healthy school lunches don’t have to be boring! Packing lunches for school means you know which nutritious foods your kids are eating. Use a variety of healthy grains such as 100% whole wheat tortillas. Besides lettuce, try shredded carrots or avocado slices with a turkey sandwich. Invest in a thermos to keep foods hot or cold until the lunch bell rings.

On this day in 1963 thousands upon thousands of American marched in Washington, DC calling for civil and economic rights for African Americans. It was this day that Martin Luther King, Jr. delivered his famous “I Have a Dream Speech,” laying out the unified future he saw for America, a future that our Servicemembers and Veterans have defended and fought for ever since.

Today in 1939 Germany invaded Poland, effectively starting WWII. Though U.S. forces would not join the battle until 1941 when Pearl Harbor was bombed by Japan, the US entrance swung the tide of the battle as "the greatest generation" defended the world from tyranny.

What would make a Veteran jump into a pool of sharks? http://1.usa.gov/1PBQ1tp
Swimming with the largest shark in the world may sound a bit unnerving, but for some disabled Veterans, it’s exactly the kind of therapy they need.

The Vietnamese American Veterans
First, the United States Department of Veterans could not be fair in all because we, the Vietnamese-American veterans of the Vietnam War, did not have any benefits of the United States of veterans when we were together fought for one of our enemy's communists, equipped together the American uniform and weapons, but we did not have any benefits of the Vietnam War. When were are the same as oath loyalty under the America flag and Constitution.

Significantly, the Vietnam War of the United States was approved benefits by the United States Constitution, but we are betrayed the oath by the United States.

Second, the Publican party has been using the taxes increase in order to make wars. the Democrat Party has created healthcare in order to take money of the American people and to cheat the poor people. For example, my healthcare insurance is to have part B, but there has exchanged to Part D.

Third, no one has given birth for the children, let the United States has been forced them service for the War Power of the United States without benefits when the children were older because we are the youth, we were forced to join  the soldier - invader by the War Power of the United States. As a result, Kissinger has declared, "Vietnam failures we did to ourselves. " but we "you" did not compensate any injury of the Vietnam War to us.

In conclusion, what can we do for our United States Bill of Rights, Declaration of Rights of International Treaties- Universal Declaration of Human Rights when we are the same as the American human, but we are betrayed oath loyalty  by the heart of the United States Policy.
