Random Startup Thoughts
As I work on Client outline directives, research, methodologies as well in tandem... fluffy directives for my Cinealoop work --- I had a random pop up thought.
What dose today's real
entrepreneurial startup dream team look like?Vee's Entrepreneurial Dream Team Map
(social media/marketing/communiqué )
After some years of experience and seeing big shifts in the digital age, its personally clear to me this idea of two person hunt (hacker/ hustler) makes little sense to me anymore.
Entrepreneurs have two areas to make happen (at the same time) in their business and product development.
a. MVP (Minimal Viable Product)
b. MVA (Minimal Viable Audience)
It is still disheartening, that I meet solopreneurs / twopreneurs (young and old alike) that have this philosophy of hiding the product they are working on, till its ready to be released. The kicker; they are surprised after releasing said product ---- that they have to back track for marketing, biz dev, branding and social audience. I get where it comes from
a. Don't want ideas stolen from competitors etc
b. Married to idea/product and have no idea if there is a problem being solved or an audience.
In order to negate these things, I believe there should be a co-team building mentality from the start.
Just make sure you are building the right team, with the right skill sets you need around the right idea/research/pain points. You will have a richer experience building your MVP because you are also engaging your MVA in helping you build that product for their needs.
