It is a regular practice to say that the moment one hear about the topic Team Building, they say it is very easy and common topic and they knew it.
I say, I have come up with certain other important points in this topic where few people might know and one would be benefited out really from this post, I strongly believe this.
I put my views on this topic “Team Success” in a simplest manner as well.
Please read below till the end.
The success of the team will surely depends on the following FEW activities.
• Knowledge sharing
• Continuous Learning
• Connecting of Newest and Latest Technologies, with the Skills and Ideas.
• Development of New Procedures and Updates.
• Establishment of Priorities,
I am not happy with these above points.
I say, the above stated points are Quite Common in general practice.
I would suggest/recommend other factors to be taken into account along with the above stated activities.
I connect my Job Experience to this topic Team Building process, let’s see how it works.
I said already that team must reach its predetermined goal(s), taking into account of both Quality and Quantity of Work.
I, being an Analyst,
Actively participated on the Team Success by:-
§ Providing “Training”,
§ Helped out slow paced working employees by providing simple techniques and loop hole (“Motivation”)
§ Actively participated in sharing my views to all other members who were unaware of some of the important intricacies of the daily working job activity (“Knowledge Sharing”),
§ Breakup activity goal into smaller action plans and assign to all other members (“Assignment”)
§ Make sure the action plan get done on time by all the co-members (“Supervision”)
§ Handle both internal and External Issues (“Communication”)
§ Assist in the development of new procedures and updates (‘Cooperation” and “Coordination”).
Now, I will let you know “Few” the other factors to be taken into account along with common factors in order to attain best results of the team,
• Posing Challenges
• Providing opportunities
• Competency Assessment
• Better Environment
• Welfare programs
• Good working conditions and
• Non-Economic activities like; Sympathy and Sentiments.
If one must be able to follow the above factors along with the general team building activity process,
I say: -The team has built up.
