Some interesting observations around inequality of wealth and how it is quite hard to fix.
Yet again, conservatives on the Supreme Court are poised to do significant damage to minority communities

Rightly calls our prime minister of India Mr +Narendra Modi to take some steps to make India less polluted. It should also be known that states policy will play a critical role. So Delhi and Maharashtra government should come with a plan for the cities of New Delhi and Mumbai too.

Delhi is now the most polluted city on the planet http://econ.st/1vIdnbx

We went to the Lego exhibition at American Heritage Museum in Palo Alto last weekend. It was very nice, highly recommended.
This is the last weekend for the exhibit but the Museum itself is also quite fun to visit with lot of old devices/instruments etc.

Just watched this movie: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2390237/ on Netflix and got reminded of my love of Cuban salsa music.

This song which is one of my favorite was played during the movie, so now I am listening it again and again :)

The metabolic challenge class yesterday had this song as the finisher and the exercise was Squats with weights, it was fun and challenging.

Now I am wondering what other exercises might be fun pushups definitely seems like a good fit :)

The self proclaimed most honest man in India and leader of Aam Admi party has release the manifesto, as expected it is full of populist ideas.

No other person can describe it better than +Raghavan Jagannathan who summarizes it

"Also, large parts of the manifesto are about investing large amounts in health, education, security, and such-like things, but these call for more revenues to be raised from the citizens of Delhi. Is this ever going to be popular? Unless Kejriwal plans to ask the centre for more funds – but this is unlikely, given that the BJP has no love lost for AAP – he will have to find the money elsewhere. Delhi is already the most subsidised metro in the country, living off taxpayer funds, and it is worthwhile taxing Delhi-ites more, but this idea goes against the grain of Kejriwal’s inherent populism. It may be possible to save money by cutting out the cost of corruption, but the first impact of the elimination of corruption - which is the current system - is to destabilise output before people adjust to the new ethos. So a rise in revenues quickly to pay for all the expenses is unlikely."

We need some fact checking in Indian politics, to call BS on random promises like this.

I think the list has been becoming bigger and bigger for Visa Free/On arrival travels for Indians.

This is great news for both Indians and these countries as Indians do love traveling and starting to travel internationally for holidays. In my recent visit to Thailand I saw a lot of Indians travelers which was quite rare scene few years ago.
Check out the list of 50 Countries Where Getting a Visa is Easier than Ordering a Pizza; the next best reason to plan an international trip this year!

Until Wikipedia figures out a better way to survive this is the best way to keep it alive.

I do hope they figure out that some form of ads are okay and a a good way to do away with yearly (or more often) plea of donation. (The plea itself seems more intrusive that some ads would be).

The Amphitheater and the performances we saw there were amazing and worth 5 stars, but the service at the food counters was super slow, like slowest ever. We had 12-15 people in front of us in the line took about 80 minutes. We missed a big part of the show waiting in the line for food. Wish they pay people properly and make them more efficient, so everyone can enjoy better.

Very vegetarian friendly, for the veggie tofu soup they asked if instead of beef soup base/broth they should use water instead. We ordered medium and mild spicy veggie soup and I would say medium tasted better. The side dishes were also very tasty and most were vegetarian.

Without doubt I have had much better gelato almost everywhere I tried. I also noticed that when they were making crepes they took out crepes that were prepared in advanced and heating them instead of making from scratch
