Hi Vanjo,
For the past decade, I lost touch cooking adobo. No matter what I do including adding adobo mix from Mama Sita, I can't get back to the old adobo taste which my Mom used to prepare for the family in Manila.  Last Sunday, I finally was successful by just following your simple adobo recipe. Can't believe it was just that easy.  It really taste good and I even made a brown bag for my lunch in the office today.  My officemates where drown to my table and tasted it and they all agree with me that "YOUR RECIPE" is the best!
