I often get alls from customers all around the Northamptonshire county who buy iPhone when they receive emails on theiPhone but not their home computer and vice versa. Occasionally incoming emails go to both places and they loose emails, or forget that th...
I haven't had the chance to keep up with this blog very much. I miss it very much, but i am really busy running sourdough courses over at The Sourdough School, and thought I'd tickle you all with a photo of my Sourdough Turkey and cranberry chutney sandwic...

I am a writer. Specifically I write about food, and mainly baking, and heritage recipes. I love 19th century recipe books, and I always turn to the bread and baking recipes first. I really enjoy baking with sourdough and trained as a chef and a baker and lived in the South of France for a long time, working in a French bakery. I am of Italian origin. One of my quirks is that I love to match my scent to my mood - orange blossom is my favourite scent. I dress in the way I want. Free flowing clothes I can move in mainly buy my clothes in ethnic and vintage stores or flea- market finds.
I’m not terribly good at doing as I am told. I wonder what people in authority are really asking of you? What are their motives? I used to drive my mother potty as I’ve never automatically just done what I am told. I’ve always done things my own way, and here I am still doing my own thing. I believe that we are controlled as a population by television and mass-produced food. I try to avoid both as neither promote free thinking.
Currently listening to La Boheme, and part way though reading The Picture of Dorian Gray.
When I am not writing, I run baking classes. I like to eat really delicious sustainable and ethical food everyday and most often I run sourdough courses at from my him in Northamptonshire. I am the author of the recipe book Prepped and writer of a well-known blog. Currently writing another book I report as a BBC Radio broadcaster when I am able.
I have my own belief system. I am a practicing Buddhist. I also believe that small delicious decisions make a real difference, and you will often hear her saying that we can change the world one bite at a time.
know my beliefs are not conventional, but showing people how making the right decisions can be incorporated into everyday life is a calling. The reason I am here. It's not actually hard.. it just requires a little thoughtfulness. Garden fresh flowers on the table, recycling an old linen tablecloth, laughing with friends, making sloe gin, county walks, making your own bread, buying local food, 1930's crockery, children's laughter, girly lunches, homemade gifts, vintage cutlery, buying British, shopping on the local market, picnics, growing your own, supper parties, garden parties, making jam, eating out, baking, laughing, decorating, gift giving, days out, a walk in the park and listening to Radio 4 you get the picture. ...there should be no compromise on the delicious things in life when it comes to living in a considered way.
