Checked in to this place to battle alcohol and drug addiction, checked out an hour later after i found out the only thing they will give you for sleep is tea... i have insomnia and i need my sleeping pills when i stated this to the head nurse, the staff was laughing at me and treated me terrible... they people that work here lie about almost everything, the facilities are old run down and dirty... have talked to others and they stated that it was the worst place you could possibly go for treatment...

Response from the owner - a week ago
We are saddened to see this review. Our goal at Valley Hope has always been to help everyone we can in the battle against Substance Use Disorder. To better address issues like this, please contact us by e-mailing info@valleyhope.org or reaching out to us through Facebook at https://facebook.com/ValleyHopeAssociation. We would love to understand more of the situation and take issues like this very seriously. As we are rather inactive on Google Plus, we did not see this review until now. However, we hope to speak with you further about this and await your e-mail. Thank you, Valley Hope
