With all the #coffee #drinking, talking, #Tweeting & jammed #coffeebars in #NYC, it's surprising that only about 50 percent of adults in the U.S. drink it daily. That's an estimate based on the figures in Anahad O'Connor's New York Times article and in Census Bureau data. http://nyti.ms/29Jiy2M

The availability of Prince videos has been relatively slim in the last 24 hours and pared down from a once good number. Media reports have cited Prince's penchant for privacy as an explanation for the now limited stock of videos of the late musician and entertainer. The Daily News — "New York's hometown paper" — published this music video montage of Prince clips. http://bit.ly/1U9HYbQ

Ohio State University is no longer allowed to refer to its school colors as scarlet and gray, thanks to a surprising legal settlement announced Thursday night. Effective today, the colors are officially known as “ruby and porpoise,” university officials said. “It’s mostly semantics,” OSU spokeswoman April Uno said. “The new colors are just slightly different from the old ones.”

Next up, the Orange (10) play Middle Tennessee State (15). Applause to Syracuse on their dominating Round 1 victory over the Dayton Flyers, especially in a challenging season. SU did it all, shooting 40+% from the field, flashing heady play in the paint, and grabbing more than 40 rebounds. #MarchMadness

Casting dispersions on no one, I find this amusing. Through all the years of Led Zep's Stairway as annual chart topping fave, did this rock controversy go unnoticed? / Check out @valerieseckler's Tweet: https://twitter.com/valerieseckler/status/719990947862482944?s=09

Democratic primary voters in Louisiana, voting today, and in Michigan, voting Tuesday, mostly went for Hillary Clinton in voter polls heading into this #SuperSaturday. Despite Sanders's anticipated victories in caucus states such as Kansas and Nebraska, Clinton could still be widening her lead in delegates pledged for her nomination. http://huff.to/1nnMAgI
But her team argues that she still has the advantage in the long run.

Yankees players are league leaders in at least 9 batting categories. How about that? Jacoby Ellsbury and Brett Gardner are 1-2 in stolen bases, with a combined 21, for instance. Sports writer Billy Witz eyes the Yankees' productivity, early and late. http://nyti.ms/1csMLSE
Jacoby Ellsbury and Brett Gardner, the head of the batting order, have been responsible for getting the Yankees early leads. Relievers Dellin Betances and Andrew Miller have cemented them.
