can be worse when trying to come up with good outcomes.
Having said that, collaboration doesn't mean bring people together to get them to come up with inputs and outputs for better outcomes.
To have a successful collaboration, you must first build a trusted, honest and productive team environment, you would then notice that successful collaboration happens naturally, no need to force it - you do need a leader though, someone to keep the collaboration/work positive, focus and in the correct direction.
And to think that there are many stages and steps to aim for before this can happen.. it's an art, it's a project of it's own, it's a complete different view of the world and takes a lot of time and fail attempts to master it... you never stop learning. #leadership #productiveoutcomes
