A little girl from Korea named Yoon refuses to write her name; she is afraid that her name will not mean the same if written in English. So when the teacher asks her to write her name; she writes an English word that she has learned. Yoon feels as though the teacher doesn't like her, so she wants to go back to Korea where she is liked and have many friends. The illustrations in this book are almost life like and breathtaking. The meaning of this book will appeal to ages 4-8.
