Booked this ski in / ski out location through tripadvisor. When we arrived , it was far from the ski in / ski out that I was expecting/ am used to . The receptionist was not friendly and it took a while for us to find someone at the concierge service to help us get going.. Although the rooms were nice , the service was horrible and not what you pay for. Unlike other ski in / ski out places where they provide you with lockers; here every day we had to drop our equipment off at the ski shop and that in its own was a process and not very convenient. Again, our room was nice, clean and had a beautiful view, but... The restaurant on the resort was another story. We went there for dinner on a night that were exhausted and just wanted to relax and not deal with the crowds elsewhere ; the server forgot to put our order for fresh bread in. Then he brought over our hummas plate, and to my surprise there was no hummas on the plate!!! Confused , I asked "where is the hummas?" he took it back and brought it over again , this time with hummas. . Didn't stop here, as he was putting down the plates, two of the plates were completely dirty!! He did apologize and brought clean plates for us, but definitely not a pleasant experience. Overall, I will not stay at this place again.

Customer service was top notch. Around the hotel there aren't a lot of options for entertainment other than skiing, but they do take you on a shuttle for free to Vail Village and Lionshead Village. The spa was remarkable. I recommend the Swedish Massage, Coconut Coffee Body Exfoliation, and Alpine Facial. I had a 30% off coupon and tipped 20%. The total was $389. Their spa waiting room was top notch. We have seen better hotel rooms and worse hotel rooms. They have some upgrades that could be made, but they have already done a lot of upgrades. We purchased our trip on Hotwire. They have a resort fee and parking is $18.

Great hotel with a very friendly staff. The food options are great and there is live music in the bar area. Having a chairlift at the hotel with no line is amazing! Can't wait to stay here again.

Rooms are outdated. Hear for new years so paying a premium rate. The main hot tub is not working (jets don't work) and in talking to other guests they said the jets have been broken for 3 days. Service at the bar lounge at Atwater was so slow we moved tables twice then just sat at the bar after being ignored for 20 min. Considering what they are charging this is not OK!

Great location. The hotel itself is much like a maze, it's pretty easy to get lost. Rooms are very spacious and of high quality.

Horribly outdated room and staff were positively surly / unhappy / rude. The room was just comically bad: sink doesn't drain, lamps unplugged, old uncomfortable beds. Wildly overpriced food and drinks in the bar. Nothing about this stay felt even 2.5 star. It felt like Motel 6! And on top of all that we were charged an extra $27 "hotel fee". Avoid this nonsense. Horrible location as well, unless you enjoy shuttle buses. Spend a few bucks extra and get a real 4 star in town. This is just horrible value. Avoid!
