Nothing easy about it. I bought tickets through them only to find out they were much cheaper directly through the actual box office. We are now having a hard time getting a refund bc of a simple mistake. There are better/ more reputable companies out there. I also have a feeling that the Google rating for Vacations Made Easy has been inflated by their own employees.

Best experience provided by Terri! I wish everyone could deal with him as he was awesome with accommodating my request. Although it was a cancellation Terri wanted to ensure that I was going to enjoy the holidays hassle free in which he suceeded. So thank you Terri!! I wish there were more "yous" in the customer service world!

Yesterday I called in and had the pleasure of receiving service from Kelly, a Vacations Made Easy, Customer Service Representative. Kelly was very polite, professional, and accommodating. She helped me understand the process of completing my trip arrangements and put my mind at ease with my recent purchase. Thanks for a job well done Kelly! This company is a scam. As stated by others, I have my doubts of the positive reviews for this company. Other websites show a very high number of complaints. The BBB stated they had their mail returned when sent to their published address. (Nobody knows where they are located!) I bought tickets for an event that was never scheduled. When I called them (Angel) of the mistake, they refused to credit my card back. BTW - They told me their exchange policy expired on the 21st of the month. I purchased the tickets on the 23rd. Don't risk it! There are too many reputable companies out there that do the same thing.

I won't even give this a one star rating. We paid into a special for $199.00--supposed to go for a 2 night hotel stay in Pigeon Forge, than listen to a presentation and receive a $50.00 giftcard and also a 4 night carnival cruise. This company have not returned our calls and given us the info for the sat. presentation and therefore we are out all the associated costs with it besides calling innumerable phone calls trying to get more info. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau on this one. unbelievable I can't even post this without a star rating. so ignore the one star

I had a bad experience with Vacations Made Easy. I spoke to them on the phone and talked to the agent about the event and the seats that I wanted. She assured me that she would put a note and that I would probably get those seats, but if i didn't get these seats I would get good seats. I was hesitant because I was taking my 81 year old mother to the show and needed to make sure the seats were appropriate for her. She again assured me that I would get good seats. The next day, when the tickets arrived via email, they were for the last row of seats in the building. I called and told them that I did not want those tickets, I would buy my own. They refused to refund my money. I was told that this was their policy and I should have seen it on their web site. I explained that I did not buy them on the website, but from an agent on the phone. They still refused. They eventually changed the seats for "better" seats in the balcony that still were not good seats for an 81 year old woman. I then bought good seats from another site and was forced to attempt to sell the seats from Vacations Made Easy on my own. My advice to you is to NOT buy seats from a company who cannot tell you where you are sitting at the time of purchase. Buy seats from another site or the event site and cut out the Vacations Made Easy middle man.
