HORRIFIC pricing. A package for Hojo and Medieval Times in Toronto cam out to almost $1,300. If you book directly with the hotel and the event location, prices were 40% lower. Taking an extra 5 minutes and booking on Kayak with a promo code from retailmenot, was less than HALF the price. This site is obviously a giant rip-off / scam.......

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing tickets. My husband passed away before attending the events we purchased for Branson. They refused to give full price money back and said I could use them as gift certificates which I later found out are not refundable. The two cities closest to me that they assured had events did not have any events. When I called about it, they said I could book a hotel instead. Very, very poor customer service. I would better say they are heartless!

This is the worst online travel agency ever. I booked a trip and did not realize I was not directly with the company. I called to cancel 5 minutes after and they only give you 75 percent back. Biggest scam ever. Never again..

Will NEVER use this site to purchase ANYTHING again! Not only did they separate my party of FOUR, they failed to mention that we would be placed on separate tables on the General Jackson when I made the purchase via phone and internet!. I called to try to have it resolved with being told "sorry there's nothing we can do". Completely UNACCEPTABLE especially since this was for a special occasion! And NON-REFUNDABLE!

Horrible. I purchased two show tickets for The Comedy Barn in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, when I had trouble finding a place to buy them online directly from the show. The price was good and the checkout went fine. I chose email delivery over mail delivery for the tickets as I was already in the car on my way to the Smoky Mountains. When The email finally came through, I clicked the link for the tickets. What came up was directions to a brick and mortar location about 40 minutes north of the town based off of Google Maps directions. I called customer service as to why my tickets weren't emailed to me. The woman stated that the email delivery is just for the "voucher" to pick up the tickets and that we had to go to the actual VacationsMadeEasy location. We asked if there was a closer location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. She said they chose the best location between the two cities. For anyone who hasn't been there, the two cities nearly touch so you would have to be in one of them to be close to both. Anyway, she stated that if you look at a map, the location is "between and a little higher." She basically skirted that the location was 20 miles north of Pigeon Forge and even farther from my location in Gatlinburg which I had to drive in the terrible holiday traffic. (They're trying to save on rent I guess) We took the drive because we really wanted to see the show. It took us about 50 minutes from Gatlinburg due to the distance and traffic. Once we got to the pick-up location, the woman printed out "vouchers" for tickets that we turn in at the Comedy Barn show to get our actual tickets! These could have been easily emailed to me in the first place! I found out the reason why they refused to email us the tickets and instead made us drive to the pick-up location. The woman then told us we could go view some new cabins and receive $100 courtesy of VacationsMadeEasy. Turns out this company is all one big sales pitch for timeshares!! We took the vouchers to the show and had know trouble getting out actual tickets. Buyer beware, just buy your tickets from the actual show! You will save yourself hours of driving and hassle and not have to be given a timeshare sales pitch!

I called Vacations Made Easy on 5/23/15 to confirm that a bus pickup was included in my reservation for the Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theater. I was assured that it was and the operator would call GrayLine to confirm everything had been arranged properly. The day of the event (5/24/15) I called GrayLine to double check everything was in order. The operator indicated that the Vacations Made Easy operator had called the day before. Everything had been confirmed and the bus would pick us up at the hotel between 5:00 and 5:30. But the bus never arrived. While waiting for GrayLine to arrive, the hotel made numerous calls reminding them we were waiting for a bus pick-up. The reply: “The bus is on the way. Don’t worry.” Finally, I called myself to let them know we were going to drive ourselves to the event. I was put on hold. When the operator returned, she asked me to read information from my ticket. She put me on hold again. This time she came back with the message that there must be a mistake. I didn’t have reservations for three at the Dinner Theater, would I like to go some place else? When I protested with, “but my ticket says,” she said, “I’m sorry, there is nothing I can do. Contact VME.” When I contacted Vacations Made Easy they indicated that the bus had never been part of the reservation, and said my claim that I had been told the bus was included couldn’t have happened. I asked them, if they were accusing me of making everything up. They responded, I must be mistaken; no one on their end would say such a thing. They did. I asked to speak to a supervisor about a refund. The supervisor called to tell me that they couldn’t refund my money, because the event had already been paid for. It was their mistake, but now they are unwilling to admit it so I am the one who has to pay. I think others should be warned to stay away from VME.

BEWARE! My mom booked tickets for Sight and Sound through them thinking she was booking direct. There was no option to to make any adjustments or changes to our reservations, the only option was a credit for attractions we had no desire to attend. They wanted to charge her 60 dollars for tickets to White Water when the actual price was much less than if she went to White Water directly.
