A knocked out tooth can frequently be saved if you get to the dentist soon enough. If you aren't able to keep the tooth protected by gently placing it back in the socket, try using a glass of whole milk!

Most "fruit" snacks are gummy candy in disguise - full of corn syrup, sugar and artificial colors, with only a tiny amount of fruit juice concentrate (if any). The average package contains about 2 1/2 packets of sugar! A better choice for healthier teeth? Actual fruit.
