Great experience!! Both myself and my 8 year old loved jumping the afternoon away. The facility was very clean! and staff friendly. Wish we lived closer so we could do some of the workout classes! Def recommend the place - be sure to check around for coupons which they normally have over breaks/holidays - saves a lot!

Visited Urban Air in Southlake during the week of spring break. The young people working at there during this busy week were doing a great job getting people signed up and paid as quickly as possible. The line moved very quickly! I was happy that even though there seemed to be a ton of kids jumping there was still plenty of room for the kids to play. They had a BLAST! We had only been to Urban Air one other time for a birthday party, but we will definitely be back. The $50 spring break jump deal was a huge bargain.

This place is a great place to just enjoy life! We have hosted and attended many birthday parties here and have had nothing but fun! The staff has always been great and attentive to all our needs. The facility has always been clean and the kids have a blast. I have to say many times the adults have participated too! Although there were some sore body parts the next day, it was well worth it. Can't say enough good things about these guys, you can't go wrong hosting an event here.

We went with a party of 17 kids. We were able to get in, no problem (I was a little worried about maximum capacity because of Spring Break). The place was crazy. The only somewhat bad thing I have to say is that there weren't enough flavors of dippin dots (they'd run out of some; I think if they knew that there were going to be so many people - people prepurchased the "coupon", so they knew their numbers - they should have been well stocked on flavors). The kids all had a total blast!

We came to the Urban Air Trampoline Park during the winter when they had their kids jump free on Wednesdays and Fridays. We only took advantage of this deal a few times, but wish we had been able to make it every time! I have a toddler, but she and I both enjoyed ourselves and got completely worn out before the 2 hours were even up. Great excercise, and the staff was always super friendly.

I took my 3 year old to urban air trampoline park after we finished with her swimming lesson at the Emler swim school across the street and she loved it! She ran from trampoline to trampoline, and had a lot of fun in the kid's area. She was all tuckered out by the time we left, fell asleep in the car and had a great nap, (which is what mommy wanted!). Thank you Urban Air for a fun experience. I even jumped up and down!

DISAPPOINTING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT...... I went there today and wow was I let down. I walked in the door - the place was empty and the staff was strangely unfriendly - its smelled like feet and was musty. Once we got inside, the floor was dirty and just seemed in overall disarray. I feel that $26 for 2 kids for ONE HOUR is EXTREMELY over priced. When the hour was up the employee got on the loud speaker and started making weird noises? A few years ago it was nice, I don't know what happened - I will not go back.

It was really fun! However after jumping you could feel nauseous. Also some kids take the dodge ball very seriously and intend to hurtfully hit others. Overall the staff was good and it was fun, but these are things that need to be fixed.
