Professional from start to finish. My son had a great birthday at the Mansfield location! The party rooms are fantastic, I would recommend springing for one. Feels very private and includes a TV for waiting parents.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! I was rushing to find a birthday party place for my boys and ran into this facility, called and booked, and when my husband voiced concern about the ages of my boys, I called to cancel. I was charged $25 for cancelling 30 minutes after booking. I went back to their webpage as I was advised to do by the lady, and reviewed the policy which said, they would charge for cancellation within 72 hours of your party and slyly never talk about an almost immediate cancellation. They are a bunch of thieves for having that type of policy and not being super clear about it. Their page should clear state that ANY CANCELLATION WILL INCUR A CHARGE. I would not recommend anyone deal with such a thieving people. The money had not even cleared from my account and I was CHARGED A FINE

I had my daughter's 8th birthday there and we had a great time. The staff took care of all of our needs and the kids had a blast. I would highly recommend Urban Air.

URBAN AIR TRAMPOLINE PARK PUSHES RELIGION ON YOU, YOUR CHILDREN AND ITS EMPLOYEES! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! I recently took my children to Urban Air with a groupon I purchased. As I sat there watching my kids jump a Lady Gaga song played, then a religious pop song, then a Florida Georgia line song, then another religious pop song. This "playlist" alternated between popular pop songs and religious pop songs the whole time I was there. I asked them to please change the music. To make a long story short, their (employees/managers) are not allowed to change the music. I heard this directly from a manager. I had to sit there and listen to this while my kids jumped and played. They also would not give me a refund. If they would have, I would have gotten up and left and went to another trampoline park. I guess the owners feel its necessary to push their religious beliefs on us and our Children. This is a fun place for kids NOT A CHURCH! Im never going back there with my family nor would I recommend Urban Air Trampoline Park Southlake TX to anyone else. NICE BUSINESS PRACTICE URBAN AIR.

this place not for children,,,,unless you want your child to be filled with very loud garbage music,,,so loud they cant hear you...this place about makeing money thats it..the trampolines so unsafe you have to sign a waiver to let them jump...rule signs posted say no flips are tricks yet almost everyone doing it anyway and monitors just watched.....if you order pizza you will pay double the normal cost.....me and my 6 year wont ever go back here

I brought a large group a couple of weeks ago and had a couple of major problems with the event. The problems were calmly discussed with the manager (Mike) and never along the way did I feel he responded positively to my concerns. He couldn't have cared less. He interrupted me multiple times while I was discussing the issues. He also suggested I was lying. On with the issues. 1. I tried to call ahead and organize my group a little better. I was interested in saving time and making sure those that had filled out forms were in the Urban Air database so when they arrived there would be no surprises. I was told they don't have time to do that on the phone and that if any didn't have waivers, I could sign for them. I am not their guardian. I am not comfortable being sued by a parent because Urban Air didn't have the original waiver. This first issue made the second that much more frustrating. 2. Our group didn't finished getting checked in until 30 minutes after our jump time had started. Their check in process needs to be updated. I'd recommend printing and signing a waiver to bring with you. Do not fill out the online form. They have to have everyone in the group look their name up on an iPad. It simply took too long to do that. Those with paper forms were ready to jump quickly. Those with the online version lost about 30 minutes passing around this iPad and typing their name in, showing it to the host and getting a bracelet. I recommended he update the online process and he looked at me like I was an idiot and said, "I'm not a coder person. I don't do that." Ok Mike, I hear ya, but get some help. I'm not a "coder person" either. Hire someone who can help you. Mike also told me that he had emailed me the printable form so I didn't have an excuse. I have since checked all of my emails with anyone at urban air... No waiver form. Even if he had, I think it's understandable that some of my group filled out the online version since you have it available. I informed Mike of this and after a long back and forth, he finally was willing to allow the group to jump an extra 30 minutes to make up for lost time (pretty much admitting that our group wasn't handled well). However we were on a schedule and we couldn't stay longer. Mike wasn't willing to compensate us for the lost time, which was surprising because he was going to allow a free 30 minutes. He just didn't want to lose money. 3. Our pizza order was wrong. Very wrong. After another long and unnecessary back and forth, Mike finally compensated us for the number of wrong pizzas. Those are the main issues. There were some smaller inconveniences, like the place being packed, the staff being unresponsive to kids stuck in the foam pit, and the staff being unresponsive in general. Not a big deal... Still worth a mention. My main issue is with the owner. Mike really doesn't have a customer service type personality. If you have issues with anything and need to discuss them with Mike, be prepared to be yelled at, called a liar, interrupted, and made to feel like an idiot. I will not be coming back. The idea of the trampoline park is great and the place itself was quite fun once we finally got going, but I'd drive an hour more to another place to avoid this manager.
