This was my first time going to a trampoline park, and I loved it! Definitely worth the money. The facility was clean with fun music. Plenty of padding protects you when you slip and slide around. I also like that there was a lot of wide open space, so you can run around to your heart's content without smacking into people. My favorite features were the foam pit for jousting and the dodge ball arena. My friends and I spent the most time in these areas.

We came in this last week during spring break hours and first off I have to commend one worker you have kaylee she was the only worker that appeared to be enforcing the rules and had a very pleasant attitude. On the otherhand, they seem short staffed and most of the workers appeared to be kids themselves. Many stations were unsupervised. I did watch one worker though he was trying to have fun with the kids by tossing them in the foam pit, I watched him grab my 4 yr old nephew by one arm and pull him up out of the foam pit while he was spinning around. This is a crucial no no with small kids as their bones are still growing and picking up children by one arm can cause sprial fractures that are dangerous and difficult to heal. I know he meant well but some proper staff training would go along way. I sign a wavier in case my children injure themselves but do not expect they could possible be injured by a staff employee. Not to mention the amount of kids doing backflips and such with no regard for others and staff turning a blind eye.

My kids have been to Urban Air Trampoline Park several times and absolutely love it. They have a variety of activities for the kids from Trampoline basketball to the Foam Pit to the "Ninja Warrior" obstacles. It was a lot of fun watching them bounce the day away. I have four kids ranging from 4-11, so finding a place that caters to all of them can be quite difficult so that is why we like this place a lot. They have areas designated for age groups and areas that all can enjoy together. Highly recommend this place!

Urban Air is awesome. Their toddler time on Wednesday and Friday mornings is perfect. Not a huge crowd, younger jumpers, and clean facility. I nice affordable treat for us where I have a 2, and 3 year old who are very active. Staff manages things well, but lets the kids play too. My kids love that they have a sponge pit and balls to play with as well.

Nice facility but not safe at all. Just attended a bdayparty for my daughters friend. The employees were just hanging out. We want to the warrior corse and I watched numerous kids fall while the employees were nowhere to be found. One small child fell and strattled a metal bar and I personally had to take her to find her mother while the 15year old employee just stood there. Not 5 minutes later we found a small boy in the foam pit crying, we pulled him out and had to find his parents. Dodge ball was a joke, once again a free for all. No employees to start, stop or make sure the older kids did not just beat up the small kids. This place has been ok in the past but as of now we are done with it. When you have 300 kids on trampolines you expect some pretty serious rules but what do they matter if no one is enforcing them. Get it together urban air!
