Andrew wanted to get back into the shape he was in during his 20s.

The 36-year-old lawyer wanted to lose the fat he had put on over the past decade.

But most of all he wanted to set an example to his children as a fit and healthy father and make them proud.

Training just once a week with his personal trainer helped him achieve this and much more in just 15 short weeks at Ultimate Performance.

Taking control of his diet, training the right way and cutting back on alcohol made a huge difference to his body over his transformation.

Now he looks great after almost halving his body fat and building the leaner, more muscular physique he had lost since his younger days.

“I was exceptionally pleased with the results. The results were quicker and more pronounced than I could have expected and have made me want to reach the next level.

Once you have the motivation to change, nothing can stop you achieving the body you have always wanted.

Paul was ready to make that change – he had gone stale in the gym, he had put on weight and he was not seeing results no matter how hard he trained.

The 32-year-old decided enough was enough when he got back off his honeymoon and he decided to take on a 12-week online transformation at Ultimate Performance.

Paul was inspired to challenge himself to prove that anything is possible after his wife was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis before their wedding.

Chris is still amazed by how quickly his body changed on his online training programme with Ultimate Performance.
The 26-year-old’s before and after photos say it all – now he’s lean, muscular and beaming ear to ear with an enviable six-pack.

But just 12 weeks ago he was overweight and unhappy with the way he looked.

Three years of working in an office job had caused him to pile on the pounds.

Training and eating healthy during the week was not enough to counteract the pints and pizzas he enjoyed at the weekend.

It was seeing his creeping weight gain laid bare on a photo collage on the wall of his new home that made him think ‘enough is enough’. He wanted to change.

Steve didn’t want to be the chubby 42-year-old dad anymore.
