The right team management is one of the success factors of an IT support company, so we have a little tip for you: If new tickets come into the unitworx system they are not assigned to anybody, this should be done as quickly as possible, so somebody of the team feels responsible for the support case.
In order to that, for example, name a team member as a so-called "ticket assigner", who is responsible for keeping track of all unassigned tickets and assigning them to a team member. This could either be the team leader or alternately a member of the support team.
