Few months back I decided to apply #project #management
technique called #S-curve
in planning and monitoring my #weight
loss plan. The entire plan was divided in 24 weeks and 12-Jan-14 happens to be the 50% duration of my plan. The desired weight loss was of 10 kgs to reach an ideal #BMI
of 62 kgs. As on date I should have lost 5 kgs however I have lost 5.3 kgs, 6% more than the planned loss. Various physical activities like running, cycling and walking aggregate to a total distance of 757 kms covered so far in achieving this target. With the help of 71 #workouts
I could burn 24,638 #calories
. Till to date the plan seems to be on track.
