Public cloud apps integration including social media for a unified communications (UC) solution promises power in business life. -- I believe cloud computing provides great advantages. And public clouds are preferable to private clouds because of relatively more convenience, ease and rapidness in implementation and scalability. But, apparently, that concept does not cover all kinds of software needs. On the other hand; regarding traditional implementations, private clouds are more effective and efficient choices for sure so they are still good choices until public clouds cover all needs which won't happen in close future. I think here comes the importance of the operational feasibility of public clouds integrations with private clouds (hybrids).
