Cosplaying with Fancy Dresses
https://blog.adafruit.com/2015/07/23/cosplaying-with-fancy-dresses/

Cosplaying doesn’t necessarily mean putting on spandex or armor. It’s possible to play dress up by putting on a dress. Jolien Rosanne of Fairytas designs incredible gowns that look like they’re from another, more magical world. She makes dream costumes come to life and has a large portfolio of creations inspired by myth and legend. She pairs all sorts of textures and materials like fabric, armor, and feathers in her ensembles and thus evokes the spirit of creatures such as a phoenix. One of her latest completed commissions is a gown for a Valkyrie rider. She sculpted the chestplate from Worbla and mixed it with other elements. She said:

“I used 10 meters of golden silk for the skirt. The chest piece is attached to a semi leather corset for comfort. I used an absorbent sporting fabric underneath the chest plate and scale sleeves because this costume is going to be worn in a horse show = lots of movement!”

Russian Soldiers Captured in Ukraine Feel 'Abandoned' by Moscow

"The UN visited, the Red Cross visited, the OSCE," Yerofeyev said from his hospital bed, "Everybody came, except the embassy [of Russia]."

"I understand that they have abandoned me as an army serviceman, to hell with that," he said. "But I am still a citizen of my country."

http://www.themoscowtimes.com/article/522022.html
Two Russians captured in eastern Ukraine have said they feel abandoned by Moscow, which has not sent any envoys to visit them even while scores of representatives from major international organizations have come to the hospital where they are recovering from their injuries.

Your microdata sucks

But it can be improved.

Drawing on the Web Data Commons Microdata corpus +Robert Meusel and +Heiko Paulheim have identified the most common errors made in deploying schema.org with microdata, and the heuristics that data consumers can use to clean up these errant deployments.

Heuristics for Fixing Common Errors in Deployed schema.org Microdata [PDF]
http://bit.ly/1MZdEhO

The authors note that since they "cannot rely that data providers will fix their Microdata, we follow the approach of repairing the data on the consumer side."

Accordingly their focus for remediation is on heuristics that data consumers can employ, but this study can also readily be parlayed in a list of potential errors of which publishers should be cognizant when using schema.org and microdata.

For example, the call-out charts show errors related to the usage of undefined types and undefined properties; errors for the former tend, it's found, to be caused most frequently by missing slashes, improper capitalization and empty types.

Full abstract:

Being promoted by major search engines such as Google, Yahoo!, Bing, and Yandex, Microdata embedded in web pages, especially using schema.org, has become one of the most important markup languages for the Web. However, deployed Microdata is most often not free from errors, which limits its practical use. In this paper, we use the WebDataCommons corpus of Microdata extracted from more than 250 million web pages for a quantitative analysis of common mistakes in Microdata provision. Since it is unrealistic that data providers will provide clean and correct data, we discuss a set of heuristics that can be applied on the data consumer side to fix many of those mistakes in a post-processing step. We apply those heuristics to provide an improved knowledge base constructed from the raw Microdata extraction.
