Something for nothing is always good.

Unless it's a disease or pimple.

Our Ballistix product manager was so impressed with your response that he's hooking us up again today! Congrats to yesterday's winner: Vince Dimalanta. Let's find another winner today!

Keep getting a server under maintenance message just now. Part of me is thinking it could be a scam to be honest.

Hi all; I'm cleaning house and I've got some Series 1 figures to sell. All are 100% authentic (I didn't even realize there were fakes until I was looking around today, holy gosh), and are in their original boxes. Couple of rare ones!

U.S. shipping is $10; international shipping is at the cost of the buyer. If you buy more than one, obviously shipping will be combined.

Unless you buy all of them, in which case I'll have to send a larger box, or if you have a very specific way you would like them shipped that requires additional shipping supplies on my end. If you want to purchase the Series 1 retail box (the one all the blind boxes came in), send me offers.

Copperbot: $40
Octopoid: $45
High-Voltage (Hi-Voltage): $50
Albino: $70
Darknet: $80
Worker: $100
Invader: $175
Copperwash / Rusty: $300 (This may or may not be some manner of paint defect; I've never had him out of his box, but there's a small, brighter splotch of bronze on one side. If that matters to you, I am willing to accept offers on him. Pictures are included in this post!)

Wanted to give y'all the chance to buy em before listing them on eBay~

No private Hangout requests or emails, please, unless we have a deal to purchase. PayPal only. Thanks!

This is even more important now as James just got laid off from work due to a vindictive blog site. Complaining about him legally using periscope yet they caused his dismissal by bringing the company name into disrepute.

Please help if you can.

March of the Droids was created by the community for the community. During our four year exsistance nobody has profited in any way from their involvement in the event despite some giving up a great deal of time, effort and individual expense to help us try and make the day as special as possible. One person who been a corner stone of the event (without him the original GlasDroid would never have happened) is James Bricknell, not only with help getting sponsorship, and orgaisation but also by being our host for the last four years.
If you follow James you will no doubt be aware that later this year he moving lock, stock and barrell to America to wed Samantha and live out his dream. You will also know that James has been getting messed around a little to date trying arrange as much as he can and also that he isn't in a high flying career with a bank balance full or proceeding zero's. So we (his friends) have decided we should help.
At the suggestion of my own dear wife we are stating a little wedding fund for James to either help out with his relocation as a wedding gift to the happy couple.
I don't normally agree with personal funding requests (let alone promote them) but I do feel that this is a little different (it is to me anyway). With that in mind I am asking those who know and like James to spare a couple of bob to help out. There is no minimum and no maximum donation amount, and no individual donation will be made public either. As the wedding and their life together will be over the water I see tis more as an early wedding gift from the community that James is very much an active part of rather than a cry for help. We have also not told James, because, well until we present him with some dosh it's bugger all to do with him.
If you want to donate, we are collecting via a PayPal account, so just chip in what you can.
Payments made to john@landofdroid.com

Thanks for taking the time to read, and maybe even help out

We're pleased to announce that +Ricardo Cerqueira AKA arcee will be attending the event in Belfast 19th June. This man needs no introduction to anyone familiar with open source development having maintained dozens of devices over the years (if I remember correctly a lot of LG phones) at +CyanogenMod but now professionally at +Cyanogen.

Tickets are still available, more info can be found here: http://goo.gl/WNIeAp #CyanogenBelfast

A re-share or tag your friends who may attend would be much appreciated. We shared pics of some swag and ourselves may offer a few prizes also.
