“In the hospital, music therapy helps to reduce anxiety and help kids cope with being in the hospital,” said Tori Steeley, music therapist at the UC Davis Children’s Hospital. “It’s using specific music interventions that are created for each individual.”

Congratulations to Dr. Sara Aghamohammadi, who represented UC Davis Children's Hospital at the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) annual conference!

She delivered an awesome presentation about how UC Davis Children's Hospital is one of five in the country participating in the Early Mobility and Liberation collaborative to improve care to children in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
