Today I created the pain pattern interfaces for one of the most intriguing and trouble-causing muscles in the human body--the sternocleidomastoid muscle (SCM).
A big name compared to its size, but it creates a lot of problems for a lot of people in the age of smartphones.
when using smartphones people are keeping their head forward for long periods of time causing the SCM muscle into a chronically shortened position.
End result migraines, blurry vision, ringing in the ear along with pain in all the colored areas. Please share this video and help people in pain.
So status today-- 6 TrPs for Trapezius and 2 for the SCM. Onward then!
