I think I have Iliotibial Band Syndrome (Outter Knee pains/problems). What are some steps you take (besides rest) to help stretch and relieve the pain for this to heal? Will it ever heal completely?

I'm starting to get depressed that I can't run :(

Just an update, for those of you still subscribed to this thread:
Bought my foam roller, and after about 10 minutes of use, OMG IT HURTS. But hurts so good...Going to use this for a week or so, then try a light 2-3 mile run. THanks for your help!

Silly question, but I think this is for a lot of KK Roms...Is there a patch floating around out there that we can use to get HD on YouTuBe?

What is your favorite "big brand" coffee? Just a simple poll/question. Personally, I like Peet's Major Dickason's Blend.

Need to make this, NOW
The Death of Berry Maniloaf

He was still warm when I made the first cut. He didn't bleed much, but it was still a mess. Parts of him scattered around the table. It wasn't pretty, but I had to do it. I needed to photograph the evidence.

Recipe from Loonie Spoons:
1-3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup low-fat, lemon-flavoured yogurt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9 x 5" meatloaf pan with nonstick spray and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, oil, eggs, egg whites and lemon zest. Add wet ingredients to flour mixture and stir just until moistened. Gently fold in raspberries.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre of the loaf comes out clean. Cool loaf in pan for 10 minutes. Remove pan and let cool completely before slicing.

So I just flashed a new "Kernel" on my phone (Droid Razr Maxx for those wondering). I have really no idea what the point of flashing a new Kernel does, or why it can "better" my phone. The developer also recommended downloading TricksterMOD. Could somebody explain this to me?

Thanks +Joshua Babcock. Another main reason I did this is because I usually learn by just fiddling around and experimenting. Reading does help +Alexander Black, but sometimes you just have to push buttons to figure out what it does :P

Basic Information
Definitely a nice little bar/dinner restaurant! Although my buddy went on a Friday night, it was cruddy weather outside so the streets were virtually empty. Everything on the menu looked awesome, and whenever the chef walked out of the kitchen to deliver food, we always though, "oh wow that looks so amazing!" Chances are, they probably were. I'll definitely be back to check out the other dishes.

Alright, I'm going to be "that guy" and give you the pros and cons. But first, our server was Matt C. Wonderful job Matt, you were an excellent server, and I hope to work with you in the future! Okay, so here's the breakdown: Pros: Interesting Decor Amazing server (ours was at least) Attentive Manager (I liked your shirt/jacket) Delicious appetizers (I would recommend the Tuna and Bruschetta) I liked the silverware Cons: Bar food was mediocre (in my taste pallet, remember, this is my review and I am by no means a food critic) Main entree's were okay, definitely not worth what I paid for them Wine selection, meh. Very simple, but with the wine storage you had on display in the front, you should offer more by the glass. Not by the bottle. Happy Hour Drink selection...OK. So that's the "in a nutshell" of my review. You can stop here if you'd like. If not, continue reading, I'm just trying to tell you my experience. That's what social media is for, right? Go in, and the hostesses were pretty...stiff upper-lippish to me. I understand you're in a newer establishment, and you've had RAVING reviews, but c'mon. Smile? Thanks :) We go to the bar to take advantage of the happy hour there. Mother got the pomegranate drink (really not good, and half a martini), while I got the dark horse thing (bottom of the menu). If you get that, please ask for On The Rocks. They crush the ice, so you really can't enjoy the drink. I'm a man, I don't want to get the last drops of my rum through a straw like a 10 year old boy. We got an appetizer too...small plate, however (sorry) I forgot the name. I just remember it being a red-meat dish. Chewy. Would I recommend it? Nah. Dinner, again, Matt C. AWESOME JOB. Really knew his stuff and had quite the sense of humor. Really was on top of everything. Okay, moving on. Bread? A lemon-thyme bread baked in house. Pretty good, a little over-seasoned for my pallet, but this is my review, not yours. Wine selection, again, mediocre. Carrabba's Italian Grill shouldn't have a larger wine list menu than you. I got grilled chicken, which necessarily wasn't "grilled" like I was thinking it would come out. Very moist and almost boiled-like texture. Mother got a rockfish (forget the name). Actually, pretty good tasting! So (If I can remember the name) I would recommend that! But that's about it. To wrap this up, would I recommend this place? Nah, not really, not with the food/prices offered. Would I eat here again? If I had to, but wouldn't say no :). I know I'm going to get yelled at, and maybe even contacted, but I just didn't really enjoy the food that I was enjoying. So maybe the restaurant just wasn't for me. If you go, I hope you enjoy the food! The bar and decor are really nice though!

[Update - Nov. 2013] Been going here for a good, strong year. These guys have yet to disappoint me! Awesome conversation, I really feel welcome and comfortable here knowing that they will not let me leave their shop without looking awesome. I'm always skeptical about trying new barbers (considering there are very few in the Towson area). So one day, decided to give these guys a go (today). AWESOME PLACE. The guys are super nice, and you find yourself talking to everyone there. The prices are excellent, and can fit anybody's budget. This is my new favorite place to get my hair cut. I would highly recommend this

Super awesome experience! The food was phenomenal, and the prices were competitive. The owner (I think) striked a conversation with us and gave us a little "taste" of one of his desserts. It was really good! This is probably new my pho hot-spot in Towson. I will take -1 star because steak had a bit too much fat for my liking. However, still coming back for more :D

It took me a second to figure out that this was "southern" dining. Overall it was a good experience, but I'm going to be "that guy" and say that none of the items on the menu really impressed me. It's your typical upscale-restaurant in a yuppy area with jacked up prices. The food was good, but I probably won't be back here for a while.

Not a bad experience! Everybody was nice, and it was in a quieter part of the city. I would stay here again. -1 star for having breakfast start at 8am, rather than say 7 or 7:30am
