I thought the pizza was mediocre until I had the bayou beast freshly made and heated. Quality improved greatly. That piece was dopeX, the other piece I got -the bird- was dry and gamey. The crust was -again- dry. Cardboard like. I really felt i was eating a piece of hot cardboard. So, in short, eat a fresh piece. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I had a great time, shared a medium pizza and calzone. Very tasty, lots of options and you can add what you like. Cool artwork on the wall and nice atmosphere for a quick bite to eat.

Best place to grab a slice of pizza before a night at the Echo. Or go into the Echo and order pizza from in there! The varieties are great but I think the full pies are a little pricey. Wish they had more seating.

Two Boots has been on a steady decline for some time. Ordered a Bayou Beast medium pizza and got an overcooked, cold, stale and dry pie with seafood that smelled old. For 20 dollars, one would expect a few marks up from that. If you are drunk and want a slice after a show at the Echo, sure, but I would, sadly, recommend picking up a store bought frozen pizza any other time. Hopefully they will get it together and start making good pies again.

Delicious slices with creative toppings. Definitely a quick and easy place to stop for a bite before a show. Find myself at the echo pretty often and always enjoy cruising next door for a piece of pizza. Worth checking out if you're hungry and in the area.

So far I've only tried a couple of different types of pizzas, and nothing too crazy: one just a pepperoni and the other the sausage, and I just thought they were OK. And a friend right about their sauce--too much dried oregano or something, it's very old school and not in a good way :/ I'd never even heard of Two Boots when I lived in NY back in the late 90s, but I'd tried my share of NY slices and they were way better than this. That said, it's a reliable stop for a cheap quick bite if you're in the area to catch a show at the Echo. No beer, though--boo.

BEST pizza. It's all about the ingredients. Try a white pie with BBQ shrimp, sopressata and portobello mushrooms. Wow.
