Jacqueline Renner: I've been ripped off by this company. I ordered in August. It was accidentally shipped to someone else. I emailed to let them know and they informed me that it would be an extra $40 because their system didn't charge me correct shipping. I informed them that I didn't have $40 extra as that wasn't in my budget and they stopped responding to my emails. I contacted them via Facebook and was told to call them to get this resolved. I have called several times. I was never able to get anyone on the phone and I left a message to get ahold of me and no one has called me back. I have not received my order or money back to this date. Utterly ridiculous! This company has stolen my money and has not made any effort to resolve this situation. I will be posting on all their social media accounts. I can post screenshots of my email correspondence to show their lack of communication and effort to make this right.
