Ordered parts for a dicer and had it shipped 2nd Day Air. It arrived a week later and it was the wrong parts. Now they want a 20% restocking fee and for me to pay shipping back, not to mention rolling the dice on the right parts a second time.... No thank you. Stay away from this two bit company

Been working with Tundra for close to 11 years. Very knowledgeable sales reps and amazingly fast shipping on what they stock which is usually everything I need. Not to mention the best pricing.

Almost every item ordered from the website aside from parts for specific appliances arrived different than described and in some instances were completely different items than those ordered. The only consolation provided was an explanation that their inventory changes so frequently that they can't always have accurate item descriptions and an offer to return the items which came as quite a hassle in a few instances. Furthermore, while whoever is working customer service at the front counter of their showroom was one of the more helpful supply store employees I have encountered, the "assistance" received from others at the company was completely unhelpful and on one occasion, the company rep I talked to on the phone went as far as to insult me due to her misunderstanding of what I had explained to her which regardless of the cause of the misunderstanding is completely unacceptable for a company employee. Poor customer service from some and never knowing if you're going to get the right part or not is enough for me to give my business to a company that at least understands how to treat their customers. I just wish I could take the front desk worker with me as he really is exceptional at his job as others have noted.

Do not buy from this company! They charge a large restocking fee AND the customer has to pay the return shipping. This was not clearly stated during the purchase process. Additionally, their customer service people are very rude.
