My eye twitches every time I hear someone mention a birthday party at this place, personally I absolutely hate it and everything about it. The food is horrible, the games are overpriced and it's always packed. On the other hand my kids love this place, they will eat the food and couldn't care less about crowds. Since it is a kid's place, I asked them and they said 4 out of 5 stars because they didn't like the taco cheese.
Response from the owner - 2 weeks ago
Thank you for your comments. I am glad that your kids had a good time. I will be sure to pass your thoughts on to the appropriate people in our company.

First off anyone who walks in the door MUST buy a Buffett. WHY? I didnt come here to eat i came to let my daughter and her friend have a birthday party fun. Our 4 year old had to buy one and he didnt want anything on the buffet. Its nice to have the option but to force everyone to buy a buffet just because they are there to watch their kids at $10 a pop for just basic food that is terrible pizza and terrible food is just waste of money. AT $10 a buffet thats just absolutely outrageous. I HAVE NEVER been to an amusement place or park where i was forced to buy food just to enter. The games are $1 each. i can go to any arcade or even chucky cheese for .25cents or some are .50 but not here. Some didnt work and the ones that were there sure were not worth $1 each. The bumper cars the kids had fun and the laser tag and the go carts. But the go carts are $6 a person inducing a parent riding because the child is under age. The Coaster is extra as well. Then because my 4 yr old just under the height requirement i have to pay $6 to go ride to. Again never had anyone else do that. A place we use to go before moving to Tulsa had some kind of a similar set up without forced buffet and they offered an unlimited ride pass and for pre teens that was worth it as they could just ride over and over without worry of how much it was costing. Plus for younger kids had a giant 3 story climbing thing with slides (think mcdonalds play place but 5X that size) Our Fault for assuming this was like that. No where does it state on the website everyone who enters is forced to purchase a buffet. If i want to pay $10 to eat out ill go to cheddars or or somewhere with better food. This is a rip off as well because if parents or grandparents just come to watch the kids play why are they forced to buy the buffet? We spent for 3 hours of play over $140 3 kids 2 adults and 1 child that was 2 so they didnt make him purchase the buffet. I could do allot of things for $140 besides spend 3 hours in here and forced to eat kids food. And again my 4 year old wasn't even interested in the food he ate 1 small bowl of ice cream and 1 cookie. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!! The only reason i give 3 stars is the coaster, go carts and bumper cars were fun

I am sorry for the misunderstanding. All it takes to enter one of our stores is to either buy a buffet OR a $10 gift card. This is stated on our website under general questions and our cashiers are trained to tell people this when they arrive. We have many specials listed on our site at tulsaincrediblepizza.com under the deals link which are a good value for families. We do not have a climbing wall in our store. I am not sure what you are referencing. Yes, our attractions are additional. I am glad you had fun on the coaster, go-karts and bumper cars. Thank you for your comments.

A nice place to bring your kids. The buffet is a great deal and there are lots of food choices. The pizza is average, but again you have other choices. The kids activity area/arcade is excellent. Lots of stuff for them to do. It even has indoor go-karts, a small roller coaster, and mini-golf. My kids always enjoy it here.

It is best to go to Incredible Pizza before noon. It gets nuts in the afternoon.

The food has barely any flavor and unless you come when it's busy, it'll be cold food as well. We left hungry after spending almost $150 on the buffet and ride cards. I tried to make a frito chili pie with the hotdog chili and the fritos but the fritos were stale. Just really disappointed. The kids had fun on the rides but we had to stop on the way home and feed them again because we live outside of Tulsa and it would be too late in the evening to feed them at home.

Do not go, it is a waist of money. The food is nasty, you put money on cards and when you win tickets the next machine takes money and some of your tickets. My son had over 500 tickets according to the game. Played couple more games. Went to get his prizes and it said he only had 22. It is a rip off and scam.

Loud kids, inattentive parents, cheap food. It's a good place to let your kids waste an afternoon for their birthday, but not my cup of tea
Response from the owner - 3 months ago
We are sorry you didn’t have an incredible time, but glad your kids enjoyed their birthday. Yes, sometimes our place is busy and gets very loud when people are excited having fun. Our employees put quite a bit of effort into providing a quality buffet. We would like to talk to you about this if we could please - would you mind providing your contact information to Socialmedia@incrediblepizza.com? We appreciate your comments.

Had my nephew's birthday parties at this location and it was such an amazing experience, though they didn't have goodie bags, they kindly and generously added an extra $5 on to all of the kid's cards, not a single complaint, the food was delicious, and everyone had such an amazing time!
Response from the owner - 3 months ago
We are glad everyone had a good time! Please come again soon. Thank you.
