A nice place to bring your kids. The buffet is a great deal and there are lots of food choices. The pizza is average, but again you have other choices. The kids activity area/arcade is excellent. Lots of stuff for them to do. It even has indoor go-karts, a small roller coaster, and mini-golf. My kids always enjoy it here.

Had my nephew's birthday parties at this location and it was such an amazing experience, though they didn't have goodie bags, they kindly and generously added an extra $5 on to all of the kid's cards, not a single complaint, the food was delicious, and everyone had such an amazing time!
Response from the owner - 2 weeks ago
We are glad everyone had a good time! Please come again soon. Thank you.

Great 50s theme, 5 different themed rooms with TVs, great selection of pizza, pasta, soup, salad, desert, huge amount of games, trampoline park, small go kart track, VERY small wild mouse coaster, and they really push the INCREDIBLE theme, litterally. But its still great.

I bought one of the value packs where you get the buffet, $10 in game credits, and 4 attractions. When purchasing this particular package neither of the desk people told me that the new spinning coaster was not included as one of the attractions. I didn't find that out until we were in line for the ride and the attendant informed us that the coaster is not included as an attraction and would be $6. Anyways we are at the coaster entrance and see that children between 4 and 6 MUST be accompanied by an adult. That's fine by me BUT they require that adult to also pay for the ride. Of all the amusement parks and fairs I've ever been to NEVER EVER have I seen somewhere that requires an adult to pay to ride with their child under a particular height. Same thing goes for the teacups, while those are considered an attraction, it says children between 32 and 36 inches must ride with an adult. If you are going to require parents to ride then don't charge them, this place costs enough as it is. So al in all I've gotta say this place is overpriced, has awful food, unknowledgable staff, and just wants every penny they can get out of you.

Loud kids, inattentive parents, cheap food. It's a good place to let your kids waste an afternoon for their birthday, but not my cup of tea
Response from the owner - in the last week
We are sorry you didn’t have an incredible time, but glad your kids enjoyed their birthday. Yes, sometimes our place is busy and gets very loud when people are excited having fun. Our employees put quite a bit of effort into providing a quality buffet. We would like to talk to you about this if we could please - would you mind providing your contact information to Socialmedia@incrediblepizza.com? We appreciate your comments.

Always a great experience. They're Always running specials which are worth it. Especially when it's the gift cards for half price. Recently we had a little issue. Nothing serious and I mentioned it in an email. I would like to publicly say how kind and helpful Alan Topping was. (Senior Director of Food Service Operations )

Great place to entertain the young kids but pretty expensive... And the buffet area was a zoo.
