I would not recommend you using this company. For starters, the salesmen are misleading but on paper the talk is totally different. I did not get straightforward answers when it came to the plan I purchased. You're not purchasing credit, you're purchasing time and you will lose everything you use or don't use if that time expires. Also, the back office is ancient and doesn't match the price. Believe the other reviews about the system needing to be upgraded. I am totally dissatisfied with the conniving verbage that was used during my transaction. You can also read my complaint in further detail on the BBB site as well. I would use another pay as you go company and let trumpia be your very last resort.

Trumpia has the WORST customer service. There is ONE guy that takes care of everything. You call and you get told that you will be called back by this one individual, which does not happen. We could not understand their system at all. Uploading files is an absolute nightmare. After realizing that we had to edit ALL of our spreadsheets individually, we asked for a refund. ( We had never even used any of the credits or the product itself). We called for 3 days to try and get a refund back from this company and again was told that we would be called back each time. We called again to finally contact this one individual and they explained to us that we could not receive a refund due to "company policy". They never even called us to explain that the refund had been denied. I would be very careful before handing this company any money because if you are unhappy with their product, you will never see it again.
