Me, my husband a three children stayed here for a mini vacation. We found everything first rate. The hotel staff are all very nice. We especially appreciated our house keeping service provided by Christiane. She was quite wonderful. We will definitely stay here on our next mini vacation.

I have been here many times including the Grand Opening. It was the best simply the best.. Service was outstanding, the rooms were clean and the sheets were soft.. Unfortunately Mr. Trump dropped the ball in the few years The Trump Tower was built. The sheets were rough as if they stopped using fabric softener, the bathroom doors has little privacy as its a sliding stained glass door with a 3 inch gap on the closing side that basically lets you see the toilet directly i don't like that. The place is clean but to the standards of Trump international hotels not up to par. Basicly the staff is slacking off. Not saying its still not one of the best places to stay because it is. But I had hoped this hotel would of kept up the high standards that The Trump International Hotels keep.

My girlfriend and I went to "16", the rooftop bar at Trump Tower, and we had an amazing experience. Walking out onto the terrace on the way to our table was an experience alone. The balcony allows for a panoramic view of the city from the south east side of the building all the way to the west side. An amazing view of the river going East to the lake is also a site to see. My girlfriend and I did not stay long enough to order food but our cocktails were great, but a little pricy. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing and private. Service was great and we had an overall fantastic experience.

(political beliefs aside) The Trump Hotel is really nice! I was traveling for work and booked a 2-night stay in a Deluxe King Room and was pleasantly surprised by the nice greeting upon arrival, the cleanliness+spaciousness of the room, and overall vibe. Notes on the room: - Spacious - Very nice bathroom, with a tub, shower, TV in the mirror, mood lighting, and more - Comfortable bed and pillows - HUGE TV (it's HUUUUUGE) - Power shades - Beautiful View: I had the lake view... which overlooked the river and lake. Notes on the hotel and amenities: - Location was great! Quick and easy to get to my friends in Lincoln Park, easy to get to our Chicago office, easy to get to Stan's Donuts.... and everything you'd ever need - Gym was super nice. It actually had a bench rack and a ton of other equipment most hotel gyms don't hate. This is probably because it also has residences with professional athletes living there - Bar had a cool vibe and was relatively private - There's a pool, which I did not have time to check out, unfortunately Overall: 5/5, great stay and they were also accommodating when I had to stay an extra night due to a cancelled flight. While I had to pay a bit extra, they upgraded my room to King Suite with Lake View, which had a nice kitchen, couch area, bigger TV (it's HUUUUUGE), bigger bathroom mirror TV, and was even more spacious.

Good hotel, small lobby, good suites, inconsistent housekeeping. Package including breakfast is actually an allowance, which is not stated in advance. You have to order your breakfast, need to wait for your food, and can easily exceed the allowance. They could easily set up a buffet breakfast that is now more popular and appealing to guests. They could also set up an evening reception that is now getting more popular in good hotels. Overall, quite expensive, unless there is a reasonable promotion/package; otherwise there are other options.

I used there public parking. Which is convenient to the area. Once you are done with your day and are heading back I had a small problem. The big BUT is, there is no direction as how to get back in to find your car. So if you have 15 minutes left before paying a extra $15 for another hour be prepared to spend 30 minutes looking for the right entrance. Then you can pay the extra $15 or spend another 30 minutes looking for someone. I decided to look for someone since I don't feel it's my fault. The customer service is bad, why? I guess they are used to wealthy client who I guess don't care to cough a extra 15 for a confusion. Good luck

Such a nice place to stay, visit, eat, or hangout. Beautiful interior design, extremely well-kept, wonderfully kind and helpful staff, and bathrooms smell good. I'll hand it to Trump, he sure knows how to build and maintain a hotel.

Great place. Smells like freedom. Looks like liberty. President Trump knows how to do it right.
