#Workplacelaw is affected by all levels of the judiciary, and one specific way that Supreme Court nominee Judge Neil Gorsuch could affect this issue is through his position on Chevron deference. Shareholder Jon Rehm's analysis considers Gorsuch's philosophies in this context. "Gorsuch's views on Chevron could affect how workplace laws are interpreted and how they apply to workers," Rehm writes in the blog post. #workerscompensationfordrivers #hurttruckerslawyers #workcomp

#Infrastructure is important to the economy of the United States, and that includes #truckparking, writes shareholder Jon Rehm. This issue is obviously important to truck drivers and their loved ones from a #safety perspective. But consumers (anyone who buys groceries, toiletries or goods that can be used up) should realize that the ability of truckers to deliver those items in a safe manner -- including having a place to park at night and when not on-the-clock -- also affects the price and availability of the items bought. Have a safe, productive week. #workerscompensationfordrivers #workcomplawyers

Workers' compensation policy, even though it's determined by the states, may be affected by the recent change in #immigration policy. Shareholder Jon Rehm gives some analysis on the events that happened over the weekend and how they may affect some of the firm's clients, especially when it comes to reporting injuries and challenging working conditions. #workerscompensation

This morning, NPR's Morning Edition radio show had the following story: http://www.npr.org/2017/01/26/511745408/how-a-law-is-implemented-depends-on-a-presidents-rules

What struck me is that shareholder Jon Rehm's post for today is analysis that addresses how workplace safety rules can change through the Congressional Review Act. #workerscompensationfordrivers #workplacesafety #regulations
