Tropical Beach Resorts is one of the premiere Siesta Key hotels where you can enjoy your vacation at the #1 beach in the USA! Gently rolling waves, sun-drenched sand and spectacular sunsets… this is paradise, and it's called Siesta Key. t's truly the land of flowers and they bloom in a rainbow of colors. Home to exotic sea creatures, a lively village of friendly folks and some of the world's top-rated beaches, Siesta Key boasts Tropical Beach Resorts: a comfortable, yet stylish collection of properties just a short walk from Siesta's shores.

The rooms at the Sara Sea Resort, Tropical Sun and Tropical Shores Beach Resort are white-glove clean, feature 32” flat screen TVs and either double, queen or king-sized beds with fluffy white duvets. Most include a sleeper sofa or futon for extra sleeping space. While none of the units overlook the gulf, they each offer a colorful garden view.

Overall I was very satisfied with my stay. The property is nice and well-kept, and the staff is helpful. The beach is a couple minute walk away, however, if you need to use the restroom you need to basically walk all the way back to your room as the beach does not have a public restroom. The room itself was what we needed. It has a full kitchen including oven. The hotel is well located between Turtle Beach and the Village shops/restaurants, and is a short drive from Sarasota's downtown area. I would stay here again.

Beach paradise, had all these "possible" activities planned & we ended up beach bums & pool lounging w/our almost 3-yr old for 4 days. We got groceries & only ended up eating out 2x during our stay, we just didn't want to miss any sunsets! I left thinking, how can I make Sara Sea our yearly winter vacation spot? And bring more family w/us next time! Definitely plan to come back for many years to come. Their landscaping was beautiful, loved that they had community gas grills & Aveda products in room. Made it special for kids w/cookies, lemonade & water guns, including all beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, things you don't really want to bring w/on a plane if you don't have to.

Five Star Vacation! Siesta Key is a wonderful vacation hideaway. The island has quaint shops, great restaurants, beautiful beaches and gorgeous sunsets. Tropical Beach Resort has all of the amenities...heated pool, updated accommodations and a FANTASTIC beach only a short walk from your doorway. Chairs and umbrellas are available. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended for additional days.

We felt SPECIAL from the first moment we steeped into the registration office until the last second we were on property! The staff are very knowledgeable of the resort, the area, the restaurants, what to do, EVERYTHING! The room was lovely, it feels you are actually staying at your own little apartment more than a hotel room. The amenities are great! We even got a Jacuzzi :) The private beach is located one block from your room and it's beautiful!!! I love Siesta Beach, but this is the further south point of it so it is very private and even in season had very little people :) There are 2 heated pools in property and lots to do. You can rent a movie, BBQ in one of the many Grills close to your room, or just sit down and read under one of their beautiful Gazebos. You can tell someone cares about every single detail at this resort! My wife and I loved it and you will love it too!!!

Our stay, with our 2 five year old boys was in a Sara Sea in a Destination Queen room. Cons: Room size…tiny! Couch was VERY uncomfortable No room darkening shades in bedroom. Safe did not work. When I wiped up a spill on the first night, an extremely stained towel indicated that the tile floors were very dirty. Shower leaked water onto floor and made the bathroom extremely slippery. Pros: Location to beach and pool Front Desk Staff (so friendly and helpful) Beach towels, chairs and toys free to guests Kitchen was well stocked and on the newer side Heated pool

Had a wonderful stay-room is very updated and extremely clean--I will definitely come back again. Short walk to the beach- their pool was clean and water was just the right temperature. The resort has beach chairs and towels you can use. Check out is 10 a.m. but we didn't have to leave for the airport until 2 pm so they let us keep our car parked on property and use the beach. Parking is a premium around there so it was a nice perk.
