After writing resumes and cover letters for more than 15 years on a volunteer basis, I joined the ranks of professional career consultants in 2009. I now devote all my energy to helping people build rewarding careers that make them truly happy. As a
career counselor, professional resume writer and job search strategist,
my mission is to help others identify their ideal career path and
develop the tools, strategies and confidence to achieve their goals.
In my role as Assistant Director in the Center for Internships and
Career Development at Eastern Connecticut State University, I am part of
a dedicated team committed to promoting career development for Eastern
students and alumni. Through 1:1 career counseling sessions, campus-wide
workshops and class presentations, we provide guidance, support and
resources for lifelong career development. We work directly with CT
employers to make it easy for them to hire Eastern students and alumni.
We also host career and internship fairs and employer recruiting days to
introduce employers to the talented Eastern student body. Trained as a
Safe Space Ally, I provide a supportive environment for all Eastern
