I LOVE Oil Pulling!
Oil pulling has been a common detoxification practice for centuries.
You can use coconut oil or sesame oil. (I prefer refined coconut oil)
•Put 1-2 tablespoons of oil in yourmouth
•Swish the oil for 5-20 minutes (it will become liquid)
•Spit the oil in the trash can (to avoid it hardening and clogging up your sink)
•Rinse your mouth with water and sea salt
•Brush your teeth

The best times to oil pull? upon rising and before bed.

I have learned this the complete HARD WAY. Learn from my mistakes & please give yourself some time! You deserve it. I have now learned to schedule me time in EVERY DAY for 20 minutes. I look forward to it. It makes me feel like I'm being naughty, but in a really good way ;) It took kidney stones, adrenal burnout, & many tears to really get how important it is to give yourself permission to take time for you. Grab your phone and calendar it in now. You are so worth it!

Internal inflammation has caused a host of issues for me in the past...I'm always expressing to clients the importance of calming your cells down. These foods can help and are some of my favorites...I esp love adding turmeric to my smoothie! What is your favorite?
