Introduction
Over the past 30 years I have worked with many of the world’s most successful business leaders. I partner with my entrepreneurial clients to create and implement successful key client acquisition, strategic alliance, and key account management growth strategies.

My clients and partners include market leaders in information technology consulting, software, manufacturing, factory automation, and healthcare that face significant global competition, market maturity and increasing customer power.

Today, I work with executive leaders in corporate and privately held mid-market organizations to leverage their organizations’ strengths and capabilities in their markets. I use my broad business development experience and extensive professional networks to help clients increase their sales and profits. 

I work with clients to:

  • Assess potential threats and opportunities in their markets

  • Develop assessment systems to evaluate their best clients and partners on the basis of growth potential, long term viability, and profitability

  • Create and implement key account plans to increase collaboration between internal and external resources.

  • Develop new account sales strategies from how to get initial meeting through client engagement

  • Initiate strategic alliances with key partners within their target industries and market segments

  • Increase client penetration in strategic accounts while increasing profit margins and sales

  • Help with pre and post-merger and acquisition activities

  • Recruit, build, and develop high performing sales and leadership teams

My professional experience includes:

  • Managed several multi-million dollar strategic accounts with Fortune 100 clients

  • Created and implemented successful sales strategies for several new technology products and services to manufacturing, financial services, and health care clients

  • Created strategic account development process for several emerging technology organizations

  • Helped clients create new business models for both healthcare practice, manufacturing, and professional services firms focused on selling higher margin products and services

  • Recruited, managed, and negotiated  key strategic alliance partnerships with several Fortune 100 organizations

  • Served as Regional President for Microsoft Solutions Partners for two terms with over 240 VARs in my region
